Development of Learning Outcomes by Creating a Learning Environment Based on Working in Real Conditions(การพัฒนาผลลัพธ์การเรียนรู้ของผู้เรียนโดยการสร้างสภาวะแวดล้อมการเรียนด้วยการทำงานในสภาพจริง)
Abstract
The objectives of this study were 1) to study and create learning environments for working in real conditions, and 2) to compare learning outcomes before and after implementation. The sample groups in this study consisted of 20 students of high vocationalcertificate level and 20 industrial supervisors, 16 students at the Bachelor?s degree level and 16 industrial supervisors in six workplaces. Research tools were comprised of learning outcomes and environment system. Data analysis consisted of mean, standard deviation and t-test for comparing learning outcomes before and after implementation. Research Results1. The learning environment system for working in real conditions was based on 6 elements consisting of 1) preparation, 2) learning and teaching in real conditions, 3) consultation, 4) development from learning outcomes arrangement, 5) management of assessment and continuous improvement and 6) learning outcomes from working step. The assessment of the learning environment was satisfactory at a strong level.2. The results of comparing the score level average of the learning outcomes beforeand after implementation for working in real conditions found that learning outcomes after implementation were higher than before implementation at a .01 significant level.(งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาและสร้างสภาวะแวดล้อมการเรียนด้วยการทำงานในสภาพจริง และ 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบผลลัพธ์การเรียนรู้ของผู้เรียนก่อนเรียนกับหลังเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ นักศึกษาระดับ ปวส. สาขาวิชาเทคนิคการผลิต 20 คน พี่เลี้ยง 20 คน และนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีสาขาวิชาการจัดการ 16 คน พี่เลี้ยง 16 คน ในสถานประกอบการ 6 แห่ง เครื่องมือในการวิจัย ได้แก่แบบประเมินผลลัพธ์การเรียนรู้ และระบบการจัดสภาวะแวดล้อมการเรียนในสภาพจริง ทำาการวิเคราะห์ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างระหว่างคะแนนเฉลี่ยก่อนและหลังเรียนด้วยค่าทีผลการวิจัย เป็นดังนี้1. ผลการศึกษาและสร้างสภาวะแวดล้อมการเรียนด้วยการทำงานในสภาพจริง ได้ระบบซึ่งประกอบด้วย 6 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ 1) การเตรียมการ 2) การเรียนการสอนในสภาพจริง 3) การให้คำปรึกษา 4) พัฒนาการของผู้เรียนตามผลลัพธ์การเรียนรู้ 5) ประเมินผลและปรับปรุงอย่างต่อเนื่อง และ 6) ผลลัพธ์การเรียนรู้ของผู้เรียน มีผลการประเมินอยู่ในระดับมาก2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบค่าเฉลี่ยระดับคะแนนผลลัพธ์การเรียนรู้ของผู้เรียนที่ศึกษาอยู่ในสภาวะแวดล้อมการเรียนด้วยการทำงานในสภาพจริงหลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01)
