Abstract
งานวิจัยฉบับนี้มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อประยุกต์ใช้วิธีการแมกซ์ดิฟ (MaxDiff Analysis) ในการศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการเลือกใช้คลังสินค้าสาธารณะในธุรกิจชิ้นส่วนอะไหล่รถเพื่อเป็นประโยชน์ต่อบริษัทในธุรกิจชิ้นส่วนอะไหล่รถทั้งอะไหล่รถยนต์ อะไหล่รถขุดดิน และอะไหล่รถเพื่อการเกษตร การระบุและจัดลำดับปัจจัยที่ต้องพิจารณาเมื่อมีการตัดสินใจเลือกใช้คลังสินค้าสาธารณะในธุรกิจชิ้นส่วนอะไหล่รถและเป็นแนวทางในการใช้เลือกคลังสินค้าสาธารณะในธุรกิจชิ้นส่วนอะไหล่รถ โดยวิจัยนี้ได้เริ่มจากการศึกษาปัจจัยเชิงปริมาณและปัจจัยเชิงคุณภาพที่มีผลต่อการเลือกใช้คลังสินค้าสาธารณะ รวบรวมปัจจัยหลักและปัจจัยรองจากงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องและคัดเลือกปัจจัยหลักและปัจจัยรองโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญเพื่อนำปัจจัยที่ถูกคัดเลือกมาใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลในงานวิจัยนี้ วิธีการแมกซ์ดิฟถูกนำมาวิเคราะห์ในการจัดลำดับความสำคัญของ 8 ปัจจัยหลัก และ 22 ปัจจัยรอง โดยออกแบบสอบถามด้วยวิธีการแมกซ์ดิฟเพื่อส่งแบบสอบให้พนักงานบริษัทที่เช่าคลังสินค้าสาธารณะสำหรับชิ้นส่วนอะไหล่รถจำนวน 33 ท่าน ผลจากการวิจัยโดยการคำนวณคะแนนในการจัดลำดับปัจจัยจากวิธีการแมกซ์ดิฟ พบว่าลำดับของมิติปัจจัยหลักที่ส่งผลต่อการเลือกใช้คลังสินค้าสาธารณะในธุรกิจชิ้นส่วนอะไหล่รถเรียงตามลำดับ ดังนี้ 1) ด้านต้นทุน 2) ด้านดำเนินงานคลังสินค้า 3) ด้านความน่าเชื่อถือ 4) ด้านที่ตั้งคลังสินค้า 5) ด้านโครงสร้างคลังสินค้า 6) ด้านความยืดหยุ่น 7) ด้านองค์กร 8) ปัจจัยภายนอก สำหรับการจัดลำดับของมิติปัจจัยรอง 5 อันดับแรกที่ส่งผลต่อการเลือกใช้คลังสินค้าสาธารณะ ได้แก่ 1) ต้นทุนการบริหารสินค้าคงคลัง 2) ต้นทุนการบริหารคลังสินค้า 3) ระบบการบริหารจัดการคลังสินค้า 4) คุณภาพและความน่าเชื่อถือของการขนส่ง/ส่งมอบสินค้า 5) ขนาดคลังสินค้า/พื้นที่ส่วนกลางเพียงพอและเหมาะสม ตามลำดับ
Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)
This research aims to apply MaxDiff Analysis to study the factors affecting public warehouse selection in the spare parts business to benefit companies among auto parts, excavator parts, and agricultural machines parts. It prioritizes factors that must be considered when deciding and is a guideline for public warehouse selection. This research was initiated by the study of quantitative and qualitative factors affecting public warehouse selection. The main factors and sub-factors were collected from the literature review and they were selected by experts to use the selected factors in the data analysis in this research. MaxDiff was analyzed to prioritize the 8 main factors and 22 sub-factors. A questionnaire was issued by MaxDiff to send a questionnaire to 33 employees who work in companies renting public warehouses for spare parts. The results were calculated by calculating scores in order of factors from the MaxDiff. It was found that main factors affecting public warehouses selection in the spare parts business were ranked for the first 5 factors as follows: cost factor, warehouse operation factor, reliability of warehouse, warehouse location and warehouse structure. For sub-factors, the first 3 factors affecting selection of a public warehouse, namely inventory management costs, warehouse management costs and warehouse management system.
