Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันของการจัดการร่วมของหลักสูตรบริหารธุรกิจนานาชาติระหว่างสถาบันอุดมศึกษาไทยกับสถาบันอาชีวศึกษาต่างประเทศ 2) วิเคราะห์แนวปฏิบัติที่ดีของรูปแบบการจัดการร่วมของหลักสูตรบริหารธุรกิจนานาชาติระหว่างสถาบันอุดมศึกษากับสถาบันอาชีวศึกษาในต่างประเทศ และ 3) นำเสนอรูปแบบการจัดการร่วมของหลักสูตรบริหารธุรกิจนานาชาติระหว่างสถาบันอุดมศึกษาไทยกับสถาบันอาชีวศึกษาต่างประเทศ การวิจัยนี้ใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน (Mixed Methods) ประชากรและกลุ่มตัวอย่างในงานวิจัยนี้ แบ่งออกเป็น 3 ประเภท ได้แก่ 1) ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับสภาพปัจจุบันในการจัดการร่วมของหลักสูตรบริหารธุรกิจนานาชาติระหว่างสถาบันอุดมศึกษาไทยและสถาบันอาชีวศึกษาต่างประเทศ จากสถาบันอุดมศึกษาภาครัฐและเอกชน รวมทั้งหมด 9 แห่ง ผู้ให้ข้อมูล แบ่งเป็น 3 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารระดับคณะ จำนวน 9 คน ผู้บริหารระดับสถาบัน จำนวน 9 คน และอาจารย์ประจำหลักสูตรบริหารธุรกิจบัณฑิตสาขาธุรกิจระหว่างประเทศ จำนวน 45 คน 2) ข้อมูลแนวปฏิบัติที่ดีในการจัดการร่วมของหลักสูตรบริหารธุรกิจนานาชาติระหว่างสถาบันอุดมศึกษาและสถาบันอาชีวศึกษาในประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกา ออสเตรเลีย และจีน แบ่งเป็น 2 ประเภท ได้แก่ ข้อมูลจากเอกสาร และข้อมูลจากผู้บริหารของสถาบันอาชีวศึกษาต่างประเทศ 3 คน 3) ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิในการตรวจสอบและเสนอแนะองค์ประกอบการจัดการหลักสูตรร่วม จำนวน 9 คน ในการประชุมสนทนาย่อย (Focus Group) สำหรับเครื่องมือในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบวิเคราะห์สาระ แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบเจาะลึก แบบสอบถาม และแบบตรวจสอบ (ร่าง) รูปแบบฯ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการศึกษา ผู้วิจัยได้นำเสนอรูปแบบการจัดการร่วมของหลักสูตรบริหารธุรกิจนานาชาติระหว่างสถาบันอุดมศึกษาไทยกับสถาบันอาชีวศึกษาต่างประเทศ มีองค์ประกอบ คือ การบริหารจัดการหลักสูตร การบริหารวิชาการ และการฝึกประสบการณ์ โดยเน้นการการจัดทำข้อตกลงความร่วมมือ มีระบบเทียบโอนและการรับรองผลการเรียนรู้ที่โปร่งใส สนับสนุนการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยการแบ่งปันความเชี่ยวชาญและประสบการณ์จากภาคธุรกิจ รวมถึงการแบ่งปันทรัพยากรการเรียนรู้ร่วมกัน พัฒนาหลักสูตรร่วมครอบคลุมการออกแบบเนื้อหาเชิงสมรรถนะและผลลัพธ์ ประกอบกับการบูรณาการเนื้อหาระหว่างภาคอุดมศึกษาและภาคอาชีวศึกษา ใช้กรอบประกันคุณภาพที่เป็นสากล นอกจากนี้ ยังมุ่งเน้นอการเตรียมความพร้อมของอาจารย์และนักศึกษา สร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือระหว่างอาจารย์ของสถาบันอุดมศึกษาและสถาบันอาชีวศึกษาช่วยให้เกิดการแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้ แนวปฏิบัติที่ดี และการแบ่งปันทรัพยากรการเรียนรู้ร่วมกัน รวมถึงระบบฝึกงานที่มีความยืดหยุ่นทั้งในและต่างประเทศ พร้อมกลไกการประเมินผลหลายมิติที่สะท้อนทักษะทั้งด้านวิชาการ วิชาชีพ และทักษะชีวิตอย่างแท้จริง ทั้งนี้ การจัดการร่วมของหลักสูตรบริหารธุรกิจนานาชาติระหว่างสถาบันอุดมศึกษาไทยและสถาบันอาชีวศึกษาต่างประเทศ มีนโยบายที่ส่งเสริมการเข้าถึงหลักสูตรปริญญาตรีบริหารธุรกิจนานาชาติศึกษาของนักศึกษาต่างชาติที่มาจากสถาบันอาชีวศึกษา การเคลื่อนย้ายของผู้เรียน และการยกระดับคุณภาพทุนมนุษย์ในบริบทของเศรษฐกิจฐานความรู้ รวมถึงมีเป้าหมายเพื่อวางระบบการศึกษาที่มีคุณภาพ ยืดหยุ่น และรองรับความหลากหลายของผู้เรียน ซึ่งผลลัพธ์ที่ได้คือระบบหลักสูตรที่เอื้อต่อการเคลื่อนย้ายการศึกษา การรับรองคุณวุฒิข้ามพรมแดน และการผลิตกำลังคนที่มีคุณภาพสอดรับกับเศรษฐกิจฐานความรู้และการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืน ซึ่งสามารถขยายผลสู่สาขาอื่นและใช้เป็นเครื่องมือเชิงนโยบายในการยกระดับระบบอุดมศึกษาไทยสู่สากล
Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)
This research aimed to 1) study the current situation of co-management in business administration international programs between Thai higher education institutions and international vocational institutions 2) analyze best practices of co-management model of business administration international programs between higher education institutions and vocational institutions in overseas countries and 3) propose a co-management model of business administration international programs between Thai higher education institutions and international vocational institutions. This study employed a mixed-methods approach. The population and samples were divided into 3 categories 1) data on the current situation were collected from 9 Thai higher education institutions. Respondents included 9 faculty-level administrators, 9 institutional administrators and 45 full-time lecturers in international business administration programs. 2) Best practice data on the co-management model of business administration international programs between higher education institutions and vocational institutions in the United States, Australia, and China were gathered from documentary analysis and in-depth interviews with three administrators from those vocational institutions. 3) Nine experts participated in a focus group discussion to review and provide recommendations on the proposed model. Research instruments included content analysis forms, in-depth interview guides, questionnaires, and model validation forms. Data were analyzed using content analysis, frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The finding led to the development of a co-management model comprising three key components: curriculum administration, academic management, and experiential learning. The model emphasizes formal cooperation agreements, transparent systems for credit transfer and recognition of learning outcomes, and enhanced learning support through shared expertise and industry collaboration. It advocates for joint utilization of learning resources, co-development of competency-based and outcome-oriented curricula, and the integration of academic and vocational content within an international quality assurance framework. The model further underscores the preparation of instructors and students, the creation of academic networks between partner institutions, and the implementation of flexible internship systems, both domestic and international, supported by multidimensional assessment tools that authentically measure academic, professional, and life skills. At the policy level, the model promotes access to international business administration programs for students from vocational institutions, supports student mobility, and contributes to the development of high-quality human capital in a knowledge-based economy. It aims to establish a flexible, inclusive, and globally competitive education system. The model facilitates cross-border mobility, mutual qualification recognition, and the production of a skilled workforce aligned with sustainable development goals. It also offers a scalable framework for other disciplines and serves as a policy instrument to enhance the global standing of Thai higher education.
