Abstract

ในช่วง 30 ปีที่ผ่านมา แนวคิดในการพัฒนาโรงพยาบาล เริ่มให้ความสำคัญกับการป้องกันและการส่งเสริมสุขภาพ โดยเปลี่ยนภาพพจน์ของโรงพยาบาลจากโรง"ซ่อมสุขภาพ"เป็น สถานที่ "สร้างสุขภาพ" แนวคิดโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพจึงเป็นแนวคิดหนึ่งที่นำมาช่วยในการพัฒนาโรงพยาบาลให้เอื้อต่อการส่งเสริมสุขภาพของผู้ป่วย ญาติ และบุคลากร การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยสำคัญในพัฒนาพื้นที่สีเขียวของโรงพยาบาลให้เอื้อต่อการส่งเสริมสุขภาพ โดยใช้โรงพยาบาลพระมงกุฎเกล้าเป็นกรณีศึกษา เนื่องจากพบว่าโรงพยาบาลพระมงกุฎเกล้ามีพื้นที่สีเขียวหลักขนาดใหญ่ที่มีการจัดเตรียมพื้นที่ภายนอกอาคารสำหรับผู้ใช้ไว้บ้างแล้ว และค้นหาศักยภาพและปัญหาของพื้นที่สีเขียวหลัก พร้อมทั้งเสนอแนะแนวทางการพัฒนาศักยภาพพื้นที่สีเขียวหลักให้เอื้อต่อการส่งเสริมสุขภาพ การวิจัยนี้แบ่งเป็น 4 ขั้นตอน 1) ศึกษาเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อสรุปปัจจัยสำคัญในพัฒนาพื้นที่สีเขียวหลักของโรงพยาบาลให้เอื้อต่อการส่งเสริมสุขภาพ 2) สำรวจและเก็บข้อมูลในพื้นที่ศึกษาทั้งด้านกายภาพและผู้ใช้ โดยใช้ปัจจัยที่ได้จากการศึกษาเอกสาร เป็นเกณฑ์ในการเก็บข้อมูล 3) วิเคราะห์และสรุปศักยภาพและปัญหาของพื้นที่สีเขียวหลักในโรงพยาบาลพระมงกุฎเกล้าต่อการส่งเสริมสุขภาพ 4) เสนอแนะแนวทางการพัฒนาศักยภาพพื้นที่สีเขียวหลักให้เอื้อต่อการส่งเสริมสุขภาพ จากผลการศึกษาพบว่า ปัจจัยสำคัญในพัฒนาพื้นที่สีเขียวหลักของโรงพยาบาลให้เอื้อต่อการส่งเสริมสุขภาพ สามารถประมวลเป็นข้อพิจารณาได้ 2 กลุ่มใหญ่ คือ 1) ปัจจัยพื้นฐานที่จำเป็นได้แก่ การเข้าถึง ความปลอดภัยและสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก และ 2) ปัจจัยที่เอื้อต่อการส่งเสริมสุขภาพ ได้แก่ การมีสิ่งแวดล้อมที่ส่งเสริมกิจกรรมการเคลื่อนไหวร่างกายและการออกกำลังกาย การสนับสนุนการปฏิสัมพันธ์ทางสังคม การมีองค์ประกอบทางธรรมชาติ และการมีกิจกรรมทางเลือกที่หลากหลาย ซึ่งพื้นที่สีเขียวหลักในโรงพยาบาลพระมงกุฎเกล้า มีลักษณะทางกายภาพที่มีศักยภาพสอดคล้องกับปัจจัยในการส่งเสริมสุขภาพ ที่สามารถพัฒนาให้เอื้อต่อการส่งเสริมสุขภาพและตอบสนองความต้องการของผู้ใช้ทุกกลุ่ม แต่ปัจจัยพื้นฐานยังต้องได้รับการปรับปรุง ให้เหมาะสมกับผู้ใช้แต่ละประเภท โดยเฉพาะประเด็นการแบ่งประเภทพื้นที่เพื่อแยกการใช้งานเฉพาะของผู้ป่วย การเข้าถึงที่สะดวกและอยู่ในระยะที่เหมาะสมของผู้ป่วยและคนภายนอก ความปลอดภัยในการใช้พื้นที่ ตลอดจนสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

Hospital is always over-crowded with patients, relatives and hospital staffs. They are being under physical strain and emotional stress. Leading to the public criticism of hospital as a place organized for either the treatment of illness or treats the disease rather than the person; because the hospital usually pay emphasis on the increasing in healthcare facilities. However, the hospital paradigm is changing to be more humanized in the past 30 years, paying more attention to disease prevention and health promotion. The strategy of health promotion hospital is considered with the aim to integrate health promotion in daily activities. The objective of this project is to construct guidelines for main green spaces development in health promoting hospital and Phramongkutklao hospital is chosen for feasibility of constructed guidelines. The study is divided into 4 parts, 1) critical literature reviews on health promoting hospital and open space development for conducting the specification for main green space development in health promoting hospital. 2) site visit and user analysis 3) analysis of the relationship between proposed considerations and the selected sites 4) critical analysis, synthesizing and formulating guidelines for main green space development in health promoting hospital. The result is summarized into 2 categories 1) the considerations for essential facilities including; easiness in accessibility, infrastructure and safety facilities. 2) the considerations for health promotion including; outdoor space providing for physical activities; creating supportive activities for social interaction; natural features; optioning in a variety of activities. Phramongkutklao hospital is also have a highly potential green space that can be developed to be a health promoting hospital. In spite of some minor weak facilities e.g. rest-room, accessibility pathway, physical safety; these essential facilities could be renovated to serve need of the user. So, the user satisfaction can be achieved.
