Abstract

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาระบบการเติมเต็มเวชภัณฑ์ที่ช่วยสนับสนุนการทำงานของระบบการบริหารเวชภัณฑ์แบบศูนย์กลาง ซึ่งการพัฒนานี้รวมถึงการออกแบบขั้นตอนการดำเนินงาน การประมวลผลภายในระบบ และการออกแบบระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อสนับสนุนการทำงานของระบบ โดยระบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นนี้ได้ออกแบบเพื่อใช้ในการวางแผนในการจัดการความต้องการจากใบร้องขอสั่งซื้อ โดยใช้เกณฑ์ด้านค่าใช้จ่ายเพื่อเปรียบเทียบประสิทธิภาพของแต่ละทางเลือก ที่นำไปสู่การตัดสินใจเลือกแผนในการจัดการความต้องการเพื่อเติมเต็มเวชภัณฑ์ต่อไป ซึ่งในระบบที่ออกแบบได้พิจารณาวิธีการเติมเต็มเวชภัณฑ์ออกเป็น 2 วิธี คือ การจัดซื้อจากผู้ขาย และการโอนย้ายเวชภัณฑ์ระหว่างโรงพยาบาลภายในเครือข่าย ในการพัฒนาระบบได้มีการศึกษากระบวนการจัดหาเวชภัณฑ์เพื่อเติมเต็มเวชภัณฑ์คงคลังจากสถานพยาบาลตัวอย่างซึ่งเป็นโรงพยาบาลขนาดกลางจำนวน 3 แห่ง เพื่อเป็นข้อมูลเบื้องต้นในการวิเคราะห์ขั้นตอนวิธีการดำเนินงานภายในระบบ หลังจากนั้นจึงทำการออกแบบและพัฒนาขั้นตอนของระบบการเติมเต็มเวชภัณฑ์ ออกแบบหน้าจอการทำงานสำหรับโปรแกรมระบบการเติมเต็มเวชภัณฑ์ สุดท้ายได้มีการทดสอบและประเมินผลระบบที่พัฒนาขึ้น ระบบที่นำเสนอได้ถูกทดสอบการใช้งานเบื้องต้นโดยใช้ข้อมูลตัวอย่างจากโรงพยาบาลขนาดกลางจำนวน 3 แห่ง และประเมินผลระบบโดยการสัมภาษณ์และสอบถามความคิดเห็นจากผู้ที่มีความเกี่ยวข้องหรือผู้เชี่ยวชาญในกระบวนการจัดหาเวชภัณฑ์ จำนวน 3 ท่าน พบว่าผลที่ได้จากงานวิจัยฉบับนี้มีความเป็นไปได้ในการนำไปประยุกต์ใช้กับสถานพยาบาลที่มีลักษณะการบริหารงานแบบเครือข่าย ซึ่งจะช่วยให้ผู้ใช้งานมีขั้นตอนการดำเนินงานในการแผนจัดการความต้องการจากใบร้องขอสั่งซื้อที่เป็นระบบ สามารถทำงานได้สะดวก และมีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

This research aims to develop a medical supplies fulfillment system in order to support a procedure of centralized medical supplies management. This development consists of for medical supplies fulfillment procedure, calculation and information system to support the operation of the system. The proposed system would be used in demand management planning from purchase requisition (PR). Costs would be used as a criteria to compare the efficiency of each alternative and leading to a selection of demanded management plan for medical supplies fulfillment. In this system, the medical supplies fulfillment method was divided into 2 alternatives: purchasing from suppliers and the relocating the medical supplies between the hospitals within the network. The system development is conducted by studying medical supplies procurement process for fulfillment inventory from three medium-sized hospitals which would be used as the initial data in processes analysis. Then the processes and a graphic user interface of a medical supplies fulfillment system were designed and developed. Finally, the proposed system is tested and evaluated. The proposed system is tested by using the sample data from 3 medium-sized hospitals and is validated by interviewing three experts in the medical supplies procurement process. The result shows that the proposed system can be used in hospital network in order to assist the users to work systematically, more easily, and more efficiency in demanded management planning from PR.
