Abstract

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อออกแบบฐานข้อมูลสำหรับการจัดการการผลิต ในกระบวนงานการเย็บในอุตสาหกรรมเครื่องนุ่งห่มในการดำเนินการวิจัยนี้ได้เลือกใช้เครื่องมือการพัฒนาระบบตามหลักการวงจรการพัฒนาระบบ (System Development Life Cycle : SDLC) แบบ Adapted Waterfall จากการศึกษาวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและปัญหาจากการทำงานในกระบวนงานการเย็บของอุตสาหกรรมเครื่องนุ่งห่มพบว่ามีปัญหาในการทำงาน 2 ส่วน คือ 1. ข้อมูลที่ใช้ในการจัดการการผลิตอยู่กันอย่างกระจัดกระจายไม่เป็นระบบ และ ไม่สะดวกต่อการนำมาใช้งาน และ 2. ไม่มีการเก็บข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับความสามารถในการทำงานของพนักงาน ดังนั้น แนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหาใช้แนวคิดเกี่ยวกับระบบฐานข้อมูล (Database) และ การจัดทำ Skill Matrix ผลที่ได้จากการดำเนินงานวิจัยโดยสรุป มีดังนี้ แบบจำลองขั้นตอนการทำงานของระบบ คำอธิบายขั้นตอนการทำงานของระบบ หน้าจอการทำงานสำหรับการจัดการการผลิตในอุตสาหกรรมเครื่องนุ่งห่ม (Graphical User Interface) ซึ่งใช้ข้อมูลจากฐานข้อมูลในระบบ รายงานที่ได้จากระบบโครงสร้างฐานข้อมูลของระบบ และ แผนภาพแสดงความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างข้อมูลที่เกิดขึ้นทั้งหมดในระบบ (แบบจำลองข้อมูล) จากผลการทดสอบการใช้งานพบว่าฐานข้อมูลที่พัฒนาขึ้นสามารถนำไปใช้ดำเนินการได้จริงและยังสามารถเพิ่มศักยภาพในการจัดการการผลิต ในอุตสาหกรรมเครื่องนุ่งห่ม รวมถึงสามารถเก็บข้อมูลอย่างเป็นระบบ

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The objective of this research is to design database for production management in sewing process of the garment industry. The development methodology of this project is the Adapted Waterfall System Development Life Cycle. According to the data analysis and problems of sewing process in the garment industry, there are two main problems as following; the information for production managements is unorganized and difficult to use and there is no data of the worker skill. The solution of these problems are based on the idea of database and skill matrix. The result of this research consists of Process Modeling, Logic of Process, Graphical User Interface for production management in the garment industry applied from database, Report compiled from database, Physical Database and Data Modeling. After verification, the developed database is practical to use. It also improves production management in the garment industry and help collect data systematically.
