Abstract
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1. เพื่อศึกษารูปแบบการจัดกิจกรรมศิลปะเพื่อสร้างความเข้าใจเรื่องอัตลักษณ์และความหลากหลายทางเพศ 2. เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบกิจกรรมศิลปะเพื่อสร้างความเข้าใจเรื่องอัตลักษณ์และความหลากหลายทางเพศที่เหมาะสมกับนักเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยและพัฒนา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นการเลือกแบบเจาะจง (Purposive sampling) แบ่งออกเป็น 5 กลุ่ม ประกอบด้วย 1. ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านสันติวัฒนธรรม จำนวน 3 คน 2. ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการให้ความรู้เรื่องความหลากหลายทางเพศ จำนวน 3 คน 3. ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านกิจกรรมศิลปศึกษา จำนวน 3 คน 4. ครูผู้สอนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น จำนวน 3 คน และ 4. นักเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษา จำนวน 30 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ 1. แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้าง 2. แบบวัดความเข้าใจเรื่องอัตลักษณ์และความหลากหลายทางเพศ 3. แบบสังเกตพฤติกรรม และ 4. แบบประเมินความพึงพอใจ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณด้วยการหาค่าเฉลี่ย ร้อยละ ความถี่ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กิจกรรมศิลปะเพื่อสร้างความเข้าใจเรื่องอัตลักษณ์และความหลากหลายทางเพศสำหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นที่พัฒนาขึ้นประกอบด้วย 4 หลักการ (ERES) ดังนี้1) การสร้างความรู้ซึ้งถึงความรู้สึก (E: Empathy) ผ่านการสร้างสรรค์ผลงานศิลปะ 2) การสร้างบทบาทสมมติ (R: Role Acting) โดยการสวมบทบาทสมมติผ่านหุ่นละคร 3) การจัดกิจกรรมแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็น (E: Exchanging) เป็นการจัดกิจกรรมแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นหลังเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม เพื่อสะท้อนสิ่งที่ได้เรียนรู้กับเพื่อนร่วมชั้น และ4) การแบ่งปัน และมีส่วนร่วมในความสำเร็จ (S: Sharing) โดยการนำผลงานศิลปะมาจัดแสดงร่วมกับเพื่อนร่วมชั้น เมื่อนำกิจกรรมฯไปใช้กับกลุ่มตัวอย่าง พบว่า ค่าเฉลี่ยของความเข้าใจเรื่องอัตลักษณ์และความหลากหลายทางเพศด้านที่มีความเปลี่ยนแปลงด้านความเข้าใจมากที่สุดคือ ด้านความเข้าใจเรื่องความหลากหลายทางเพศอยู่ในระดับ มาก ( x̄ = 3.63) ผลการสำรวจความพึงพอใจต่อกิจกรรมหลังการทดลอง พบว่า ความพึงพอใจโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ( x̄ = 4.10, S.D. = 0.78) ซึ่งประเด็นที่ผู้เรียนพึงพอใจมากที่สุด คือ ด้านสื่อและอุปกรณ์ที่ใช้ในการจัดกิจกรรมศิลปะฯ ( x̄ = 4.37, S.D. = 0.59) มีข้อเสนอแนะ ดังนี้ 1. นำกิจกรรมไปปรับใช้ร่วมกับรายวิชาพื้นฐาน อาทิเช่น รายวิชาสุขศึกษานำไปปรับใช้ร่วมกิจกรรมให้ความรู้เรื่องสุขภาวะทางเพศ รายวิชาภาษาไทย โดยการเขียนคำขวัญรณรงค์เรื่องอัตลักษณ์และความหลากหลายทางเพศ เป็นต้น 2. สามารถนำกิจกรรมไปปรับใช้กับผู้เรียนต่างช่วงชั้น เพื่อสร้างความเข้าใจเรื่องอัตลักษณ์และความหลากหลายทางเพศกับหลากหลายกลุ่มมากยิ่งขึ้น 3. สามารถนำกิจกรรมสร้างความเข้าใจฯ ไปใช้ร่วมกับหน่วยงานภายนอก อาทิเช่น เป็นกิจกรรมส่วนหนึ่งของค่ายเยาวชน จัดกิจกรรมภายในชมรม เป็นต้น 4. ในสังคมมีความแตกต่างหลากหลาย สามารถทำความเข้าใจถึงความแตกต่างของผู้อื่นโดยการสร้างความรู้ซึ้งถึงความรู้สึกผ่านกิจกรรม 5. นำกิจกรรมการสร้างบทบาทสมมติไปใช้ในการสวมบทบาทว่าเราอยู่ในสถานการณ์เดียวกับกลุ่มบุคคลที่มีอัตลักษณ์และความหลากหลายทางเพศ 6. นำกิจกรรมสุนทรียสนทนามาใช้ในชีวิตประจำวันมากขึ้น โดยเฉพาะกับผู้ที่มีความแตกต่างจากตนเอง ทำให้สามารถเข้าใจในตัวผู้อื่นได้มากขึ้น
Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)
The objectives of this research are (1) to create an art activity model to promote understanding of gender identity and diversity and (2) to develop an art activity model to promote understanding of gender identity and diversity that is suitable for lower secondary students. This work is classified as research and development. Purposive sampling is used to establish 5 groups of samples: (1) 3 specialists in culture of peace, (2) 3 in pedagogical gender diversity experts, (3) 3 in pedagogical art activity experts, (4) 3 lower secondary teachers, and (5) 30 lower secondary students. The methodology for this research includes a structural questionnaire, an exercise to evaluate understanding of gender identity and diversity, participant observation, satisfactory evaluation, quantitative analysis (mean, SD), and qualitative analysis. Art activity model to promote understanding of gender identity and diversity for lower secondary student, namely ERES, was invented and consisted of 4 principles as follows: (1) Empathy promotion, (2) Role acting with puppet, (3) Exchanging opinions and discussion, and (4) Sharing the sentiment of success and accomplishment during students’ artworks exhibition. ERES model was implemented, and several aspects of understanding of gender identity and diversity were evaluated afterward. The most improved aspect is understanding of gender diversity with x̄ = 3.63, which is categorized as high. Lastly, the satisfactory evaluation indicates that the overall satisfaction is high ( x̄ = 4.10, S.D. = 0.78) and the participants were especially satisfied with tools and media for art activity (x̄ = 4.37, S.D. = 0.59). Some ideas for application of ERES model are (1) applying to the core curriculum, such as creating an educational poster about gender identity and diversity in art and converting to educational activity on sexual well-being, (2) carrying out the activity with students from different grades to enable understanding in gender identity and diversity in larger groups, (3) carrying out the activity with other institutes such as incorporating as one of the activities for young adult camp and clubs, (4) taking the concept of empathy to help understand individual differences in real life scenarios, (5) applying role-playing to empathize with individuals with diverse gender identities, and 6) applying the dialogue activity in real-life scenarios, especially to those different from ourselves, to increase understanding of others
