Abstract

ศึกษาและรวบรวมความรู้โดยอาศัยการเรียนรู้จากผู้เชี่ยวชาญและแหล่งข้อมูลต่างๆ ในกระบวนการตัดและกระบวนการเก็บรายละเอียดของอุตสาหกรรมเครื่องนุ่งห่ม แล้วนำความรู้ที่ได้มาจัดโครงสร้างให้เหมาะสมกับเปลือกของระบบผู้เชี่ยวชาญ โดยแบ่งองค์ความรู้ออกเป็น 3 กลุ่มคือ องค์ความรู้เบื้องต้น (Getting start) ซึ่งเกี่ยวข้องกับความรู้ทั่วไป (เช่น ความหมายของกระบวนการ อุปกรณ์และเครื่องจักร) และความรู้เบื้องต้นในการทำงาน (เช่น หลักการในการตัด การพับงาน) ความรู้แนววิธีการ (How to) ที่เป็นข้อมูลของการทำงานในอดีต และองค์ความรู้เชิงแก้ปัญหา (Problem solving) ซึ่งเป็นความรู้ที่เกี่ยวกับปัญหาในการทำงาน สาเหตุและแนวทางแก้ไข การประยุกต์ใช้กับเปลือกระบบผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จะนำองค์ความรู้ที่ได้จากการจัดโครงสร้างแล้วมานำเข้าข้อมูล โดยองค์ความรู้เบื้องต้นและองค์ความรู้แนววิธีการ จะนำเข้าในรูปของโครงสร้างแผนผังต้นไม้ที่เป็นหมวดหมู่ และองค์ความรู้เชิงปัญหาและแนวทางแก้ไข จะอยู่ในรูปของการให้เหตุผลแบบกฎ (Rule-based reasoning) แล้วจึงตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของการทำงานของระบบผู้เชี่ยวชาญ ซึ่งผลที่ได้จะทำให้ความรู้ต่างๆ มีการจัดเก็บที่เป็นระบบและตลอดจนความรู้ที่จะเพิ่มมากขึ้น อันจะส่งผลให้ลดเวลาที่ใช้ลองผิดลองถูกในการทำงานได้มากขึ้น

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

To study and systematically accumulate knowledge in the cutting and the finishing process of the garment industry from experts and other reliable sources of information. This knowledge was then organized in an appropriate structure in order to fit with the expert system shell designed by Industrial Engineering Department of Chulalongkorn University. After gathering the knowledge, they were separated into 3 modules which are getting start module, how-to module, and problem solving module. In order to effectively fit the knowledge from 3 modules with the expert system shell, each module was organized in different structure. The getting start module and the how-to module were organized in tree diagram structure and the problem solving was organized in rule-base reasoning structure which allows users to systematically accumulate the knowledge and significantly reduce the time required in learning the process.
