Abstract

การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนากระบวนงาน และสารสนเทศสำหรับการจัดซื้อใน อุตสาหกรรมการผลิตทั่วไป การพัฒนากระบวนงานดำเนินตามขั้นตอนการพัฒนาระบบตามหลักการของวัฏจักรการ พัฒนาระบบ โดยเริ่มตั้งแต่การวางแผนระบบ การวิเคราะห์ระบบ การออกแบบระบบ และการ ทดสอบการใช้งานระบบ ตามลำดับ โดยที่ในการออกแบบโปรแกรม ได้ใช้โปรแกรมพาวเวอร์บิวเดอร์ 9.0 ร่วมกับการเก็บข้อมูลด้วยระบบฐานข้อมูล My SQL กระบวนงานที่ออกแบบจะเริ่มตั้งแต่การรับข้อมูลการขอสั่งซื้อจากฝ่ายที่ต้องการ เพื่อมา ติดต่อผู้ขายที่เหมาะสม ออกใบสั่งซื้อ ตรวจสอบ และติดตามการสั่งซื้อ รวมไปถึงการเก็บข้อมูลในการ จัดซื้อเพื่อนำมาประเมินผลการทำงาน ทั้งนี้การออกแบบยังสามารถรองรับความเปลี่ยนแปลงต่าง ๆ ที่อาจเกิดขึ้นได้ในขั้นตอนการจัดซื้อ โดยระบบโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ที่พัฒนาขึ้นประกอบด้วย ส่วน บันทึกค่าเริ่มต้นการทำงาน ส่วนการปฏิบัติงาน และส่วนของการออกรายงาน จากผลการทดสอบการ ใช้งานพบว่า ระบบสนับสนุนที่พัฒนาขึ้นสามารถดำเนินการได้อย่างดี ช่วยในการจัดเก็บข้อมูลอย่าง เป็นระบบ ผู้ใช้งานสามารถเรียกดูข้อมูลการสั่งซื้อต่างๆได้ทันที ช่วยลดการออกเอกสาร และความ หลากหลายของเอกสาร ป้องกันความซ้ำซ้อนที่อาจเกิดขึ้น สามารถตรวจสอบติดตามการสั่งซื้อจาก การระบุสถานะ เพื่อให้ได้วัตถุดิบมาครบถ้วนและถูกต้องตามเวลาที่ต้องการ รวมทั้งสามารถสร้าง รายงาน และเก็บข้อมูลการสั่งซื้อ เพื่อใช้ประกอบการตัดสินใจดำเนินการสั่งซื้อต่อไปในอนาคต

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The objective of this study is to develop a generic business process and information system of purchasing function. The development follows the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), which involves system planning, system analysis, system design, and system implementation. The application program is developed with Powerbuilder9.0 and its data are managed with My SQL database management package. The business process includes purchase requisition, supplier selection, purchase order preparation, order checking and monitoring, and data management in the purchasing system. The system is flexible for modification. The software consists three sections: data setup and maintenance, operations, and reporting. The system was tested at a pilot site, It worked well and helps the purchaser with timely data. Moreover, it can reduce paper work, but still produces effective reports. It prevents duplication of documents, It helps the purchaser monitor and check the status of purchasing process to make sure that the materials are delivered promptly. In addition the system can produce information that supports purchasing decision in the future.
