Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระบบต้นทุนการผลิตที่เหมาะสมและหาแนวทางในการลดข้อร้องเรียนของลูกค้าในการผลิตพรมรถยนต์ซึ่งมีผลกระทบต่อต้นทุนการผลิตของผลิตภัณฑ์ ซึ่งในปัจจุบันโรงงานตัวอย่างใช้วิธีการคำนวณต้นทุนการผลิตโดยการเฉลี่ยค่าใช้จ่ายที่เกิดขึ้นแยกตามปริมาณการผลิตผลิตภัณฑ์ในแต่ละเดือน รวมกับค่าวัตถุดิบที่เกิดขึ้นจริงในการผลิตเท่านั้น ในการศึกษาหาระบบต้นทุนการผลิตที่เหมาะสมของโรงงานตัวอย่างนี้ ผู้วิจัยได้จัดทำต้นทุนการผลิตแบบต้นทุนกระบวนการ เนื่องจากโรงงานตัวอย่างนี้ผลิตสินค้าโดยใช้เครื่องจักรกลุ่มเดียวกันในแต่ละกระบวนการและไม่มีการนำค่าใช้จ่ายการผลิตเข้ามาคิดหาต้นทุนการผลิต ทำให้การคำนวณต้นทุนที่ได้คลาดเคลื่อนจากความเป็นจริง งานวิจัยนี้ได้ทำการศึกษากระบวนการผลิตและรวบรวมข้อมูลที่ใช้ในการประกอบการคำนวณต้นทุนการผลิตของโรงงานตัวอย่าง เพื่อนำข้อมูลเหล่านี้มาใช้ในการคำนวณหาต้นทุนการผลิตและจากการเก็บบันทึกข้อมูลด้านการผลิต พบว่ามีการสูญเสียเกิดขึ้นในระหว่างการผลิตก่อให้เกิดข้อร้องเรียนของลูกค้าทั้งหมด 79 ครั้ง ซึ่งมีผลทำให้เกิดต้นทุนการผลิตสูงขึ้นด้วย การพิจารณาข้อร้องเรียนของลูกค้าในด้านคุณภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์ โดยแผนผังพาเรโตสามารถหาได้ว่า ปัญหาที่ก่อให้เกิดข้อร้องเรียนสูง คือ ปัญหาไม่เจาะรูทั้งหมด 25 ครั้ง และรูไม่ตรงทั้งหมด 21 ครั้ง ซึ่งคิดรวมกันเป็นร้อยละ 58.2 ของข้อร้องเรียนที่เกิดขึ้นทั้งหมด จึงหาสาเหตุของความสูญเสียที่เกิดขึ้นและดำเนินการแก้ไขปัญหาตามแนวทางที่กำหนดไว้ได้แก่ การจัดทำเครื่องมือ/อุปกรณ์ในการตรวจจับปัญหาก่อนส่งลูกค้าและการกำหนดจุดอ้างอิงสำหรับการเจาะรู ซึ่งหลังจากการปรับปรุงแนวโน้มของการเกิดข้อร้องเรียนลดลง พิจารณาจากเดือนมิถุนายน พ.ศ. 2545 มีจำนวนข้อร้องเรียนทั้งหมด 10 ครั้ง และหลังจากปรับปรุงเดือนกุมภาพันธ์ 2546 จำนวนข้อร้องเรียนจากลูกค้าเหลือเพียง 2 ครั้งเท่านั้น จากการศึกษาพบว่าก่อนการปรับปรุงต้นทุนของผลิตภัณฑ์ต่อหน่วยเท่ากับ 236.04 บาท และหลังจากการปรับปรุงต้นทุนของผลิตภัณฑ์ต่อหน่วยเท่ากับ 224.22 บาท สามารถลดต้นทุนในกระบวนการผลิตได้ร้อยละ 5.01

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The objectives of this thesis were to study a suitable production cost system : process cost system and to find out the approaches in order to reduce of customer complain in automotive floor carpet. This company calculated the production cost by average the actual material cost and labour cost that were allocated by the actual production quantity. To study the proper production cost system of this company, the researcher established the production cost system by using the process cost system because machines can produce all of company's products. Since there was a lack of some overhead cost's data to calculate the production cost. It deviated from the actual cost. For this research, its 8 processes of the production were evaluated and summarize record all production process and expense were designed and established in order to calculate the production cost. After collecting and analyzing customer complain about quality data seen about all problems have 79 times, not punching hole have complained 25 times and hole offset have complained 21 times. Analyzing by pareto diagram, it was found that there were 58.2% of losses caused by not punching hole and hole offset problems. To reduce loss in production process, root causes were identified to implement the proposed production improvement. The approaches were 1) determining the equipment used detection in the production process 2) settle reference hole for knocking mold in production process. After improvement can reduced customer complained 2 times on Feb'03 from 10 times on Jon'02. Analyzing comparing the production cost before the improvement period with the one after the improvement period from 236.04 to 224.22 baht per piece that production cost of floor carpet was reduced to 5.01%.
