Abstract

วิทยานิพนธ์ฉบับนี้เป็นการศึกษาปัญหาและพัฒนาระบบการจัดการการผลิตในโรงงานรถไถนาตัวอย่าง เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและลดความสูญเสียด้านการผลิต จากการศึกษาพบว่าสภาพปัญหาที่สำคัญ ได้แก่ ปัญหาด้านการจัดองค์กร ด้านการวางแผนการผลิต ด้านการควบคุมการผลิต ด้านการควบคุมสินค้าคงคลัง และด้านระบบเอกสาร จากปัญหาดังกล่าวทางผู้วิจัยได้เสนอแนวทางในการปรับปรุง โดยการจัดการทางด้านต่าง ๆ ดังนี้ 1. การจัดรูปองค์กร ได้แก่ การจัดรูปองค์กรใหม่ การจัดทำคำบรรยายลักษณะงานทำให้จำนวนเหตุการณ์ที่เครื่องจักรไม่ได้รับภาระงานมีค่าลดลง 36.15% 2. การออกแบบระบบเอกสาร ได้แก่ การออกแบบระบบเอกสารและทางเดินเอกสารทำให้กระบวนการวางแผนการผลิตและการประสานงานดีขึ้น 3. การวางแผนการผลิต ได้แก่ การพยากรณ์ยอดขาย ทำให้การสูญเสียโอกาสในการขายมีค่าลดลงจาก 5,280,000บาท เหลือ 1,440,000บาทหรือคิดเป็นอัตราลดลง 72.72% 4. การควบคุมการผลิต ได้แก่ การใช้ใบสั่งผลิตและรายงานผล การประเมินผลงานทำให้ปริมาณสินค้าสำเร็จรูปคงคลังที่มากเกินความจำเป็นมีค่าลดลงจาก 2,938 หน่วย เหลือ 1,496 หน่วย หรือคิดเป็นอัตราลดลง 43.08% 5. การควบคุมสินค้าคงคลัง ได้แก่ การวางแผนการสั่งชื้อ ทำให้จำนวนเหตุการณ์ที่วัตถุดิบขาดแคลนลดลงจาก 32 ครั้ง เป็น 12 ครั้ง ในระยะเวลา 4 เดือน หรือคิดเป็นอัตราลดลง 62.50 %

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

This thesis studies ploblems and developments of production management system in power tiller industry to increase efficiency and reduce loss in production process. It was found from the study that the main problems were due to the problem of organization, production planning and controlling, inventory control and documentation systems. Solutions were proposed to improve the productivity by using the management system as follows : 1. Organization chart was reorganized. Job description was revised and implemented. Machine idle time was reduced by 36.15 %. 2. After the redesign of documentation system, a new documentation flow was implemented. The coordinating and planning processes are improved. 3. Production plan applying sale forecasting was used. Sales opportunity loss was reduced from 5,280,000 baht to 1,440,000 baht which was 72.72 %. 4. Controlling system using job assignment forms and reports together with work evaluation were implemented. The quantity of finished product inventory was reduced from 2,938 units to 1,496 units which was 49.08 %. 5. Inventory control system was developed to help purchasing planning. The number of raw material shortages during a period of 4 months were reduced from 32 to 12 times which was a reduction of 62.50 %.
