Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อติดตามผลการปฏิบัติงานของผู้สำเร็จปริญญาตรีจากวิทยาลัยครู ในด้านความรู้ความสามารถทางวิชาการ ความรู้ความสามารถพิเศษ และมนุษยสัมพันธ์ ความรู้ความสามารถในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่บุคลิกภาพของการเป็นครู การสนองความต้องหารสังคม และทัศนคติต่อวิชาชีพครู โดยส่งแบบสอบถามให้ผู้สำเร็จปริญญาตรี และผู้บังคับบัญชาจำนวน 414 ฉบับ ได้รับแบบสอบถามกลับคืนจากผู้สำเร็จปริญญาตรี ร้อยละ 93.72 และจากผู้บังคับบัญชา ร้อยละ 87.92 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าร้อยละ การทดสอบค่าธี ( Z-test) และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนชั้นเดียว ( One way analysis of Variance ) ได้ข้อค้นพบดังนี้ 1. ผลการปฏิบัติงานของผู้สำเร็จปริญญาตรีจากวิทยาลัยครู ในทัศนะของตนเองและผู้บังคับบัญชาโดนเฉลี่ยแล้วอยู่ในเกณฑ์ดี 2. ผลการปฏิบัติงานของผู้สำเร็จปริญญาตรีจากวิทยาลัยครู ในทัศนะของตนเองและผู้บังคับบัญชา ไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ ( p> .05 ) ยกเว้นในด้านความรู้ความสามารถในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ บุคลิกภาพของการเป็นครู และทัศนคติต่อวิชาชีพครู แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ (p< .05 ) 3. ผลการปฏิบัติงานของผู้สำเร็จปริญญาตรีจากวิทยาลัยครู ในทัศนะของผู้บังคับบัญชาที่มีอายุราชการ และวุฒิครูต่างกัน ไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ (p> .05) 4. ผลปฏิบัติงานของผู้สำเร็จปริญญาตรีจากวิทยาลัยครู ที่ศึกษาในกลุ่มวิชาที่ต่างกันในทัศนะของตนเอง ไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ ( p >.05) ยกเว้นในด้านการสนองความต้องการของสังคม และทัศนคติต่อวิชาชีพครู แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ ( p < .05 )
Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)
The objectives of this research is to follow up the study of teachers colleges graduates’ performance on the topics of the performance in knowledge and academic ability, special subject skills and human relations, the performance as an official, teacher personality, responses to the community needs, and professional attitude. The questionnaires were sent to the samples and their administrators numbering 414 together. The returned questionnaires are 93.72 % for the samples and 87.92 % for their administrators. Data were analyzed by means of averaging | percentage, z-test, and oneway analysis of variance. The findings are as follows 1. The performance of samples from their own point of view and their administrators’ are rated good. 1. The performance of the samples from their own point of view and their administrators’ did not differ significantly, (p>.05) except the official performance, teacher personality and professional attitude did differ significantly, (p<.05) 2. The performance of the samples rated by the administrators who have different teaching experiences and educational level did not differ significantly, (p>.05). 3. The performance of the samples graduated indifferent groups of major subjects, as rated by themselves, did not differ significantly, (p>.05) except the community needs and professional attitude did differ significantly, (p<.05).
