Abstract

จากปัญหา อุปสรรค ข้อจำกัดและความต้องการพัฒนาความรู้ของเภสัชกรที่ให้บริการเภสัชสนเทศ ทำให้เกิดแนวคิดเรื่องการจัดการความรู้ของเภสัชกรที่ให้บริการเภสัชสนเทศโดยใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร วัตถุประสงค์ของการศึกษานี้ เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบ การจัดการความรู้ของเภสัชกรที่ให้บริการเภสัชสนเทศ โดยนำโปรแกรม Moodle มาพัฒนาเว็บไซต์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เข้าร่วมการศึกษาคือ เภสัชกรของแหล่งฝึกปฏิบัติงานวิชาชีพด้านโรงพยาบาลของคณะเภสัชศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ขั้นตอนในการดำเนินงาน ประกอบด้วย การพัฒนาเว็บไซต์ การทดสอบการใช้งาน และการประเมินผล ผลการศึกษาครั้งนี้ทำให้ได้รูปแบบของเว็บไซต์ชุมชนเภสัชสนเทศที่สามารถใช้ในการจัดการความรู้ โดยมีเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการจัดการความรู้โดยนัยจำนวน 4 เครื่องมือ (ห้องสนทนา กระดานทำรายงานแบบกลุ่ม บล็อก และ กระดานเสวนา) และเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการจัดการความรู้ที่ชัดแจ้งจำนวน 3 เครื่องมือ (กระดานเสวนา อภิธานศัพท์ และแหล่งข้อมูล) ผลทดสอบการใช้งานเป็นเวลา 6 เดือนพบว่า มีผู้เข้าร่วมทดสอบจำนวน 59 คน ผู้เข้าใช้เฉลี่ย 14.85 + 5.59 คนต่อสัปดาห์ จำนวนครั้งที่เข้าใช้งานเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 29.70 + 10.73 ครั้งต่อสัปดาห์ กระดานเสวนาเป็นเครื่องมือที่มีผู้เข้าใช้มากที่สุด ผลการประเมินเว็บไซต์พบว่าผู้เข้าใช้ร้อยละ 70 เห็นว่าเป็นแหล่งอ้างอิงด้านข้อมูลได้ ร้อยละ 65 เห็นว่ามีประโยชน์ในการได้แลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์ระหว่างกันและมากกว่าร้อยละ 90 เห็นว่า เนื้อหาน่าสนใจ อ่านเข้าใจง่าย มีการจัดหมวดหมู่ภายในเว็บไซต์เหมาะสม นอกจากนี้ผู้ใช้ได้เสนอแนะให้ปรับปรุงรูปแบบของเว็บไซต์ใน 4 ด้าน (ด้านเครื่องมือ ด้านเนื้อหา ด้านการออกแบบ และ ด้านการบริหารจัดการเว็บไซต์)

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

From obstacles and limitations to develop knowledge of pharmacists working in drug information service, this research brings the concept of knowledge management by utilizing information and communication technology. The purpose of this study was to develop the knowledge management model for drug information pharmacists by website using moodle program. Subjects were pharmacist preceptors from the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chulalongkorn University. The methods were developing website, testing website and evaluation. The model of website for knowledge management in drug information pharmacist community was established. The website had 4 tools for tacit knowledge (chat, wiki, blog, and forum) and 3 tools for explicit knowledge (forum, glossary and resource). For six months of testing website, total participants were fifty nine. The average of access website was 14.85 + 5.59 persons per week and the average of website login was 29.70 + 10.73 times per week. We found that forum was the most access moodle tools. Result from user opinion showed that this website was reference information (70%), useful for sharing experience (65%) and content were interesting, readable, appropriate classification (> 90%). In addition, users suggested that the website model should be improved in four aspects (tool, content, design and website management).
