Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้ เป็นการวิจัยเชิงบรรยาย เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาการปรับตัวโดยรวม และรายด้านของเยาวชนผู้เสพยาบ้า ในแผนกผู้ป่วยนอก โรงพยาบาลธัญญารักษ์ 2) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่าง ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล สัมพันธภาพในครอบครัว การสนับสนุนด้านข้อมูลข่าวสาร ความเข้มแข็ง และการปรับตัวโดยรวม และรายด้านของเยาวชน ผู้เสพยาบ้า ในแผนกผู้ป่วยนอก โรงพยาบาลธัญญารักษ์ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ เยาวชนผู้เสพยาบ้า จำนวน 88 คน (คำนวณได้จากการวิเคราะห์อำนาจการทดสอบที่ร้อยละ80 และที่ระดับความเชื่อมั่นร้อยละ 95) เลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างมาแบบเจาะจงตามเกณฑ์คุณสมบัติ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามสัมพันธภาพในครอบครัว แบบสอบถามการสนับสนุนด้านข้อมูลข่าวสาร แบบสอบถามความเข้มแข็ง และแบบสอบถามการปรับตัวของเยาวชนผู้เสพยาบ้า ซึ่งผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา และหาความเที่ยงโดยใช้วิธีสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของ ครอนบาค ได้ค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .93, .96, .98 และ .99 ตามลำดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์การจรณ์ และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. การปรับตัวโดยรวม และการปรับตัวด้านอัตมโนทัศน์ และด้านการพึ่งพาซึ่งกันและกันของเยาวชนผู้เสพยาบ้า ที่อยู่ในระยะบำบัดรักษาด้วยยา แผนกผู้ป่วยนอก โรงพยาบาลธัญญารักษ์ อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ([Mean] = 3.49, [Mean] = 3.22 และ [Mean] = 3.32 ตามลำดับ) ส่วนการปรับตัวด้านสรีรวิทยาและด้านบทบาทหน้าที่ของเยาวชนผู้เสพยาบ้า ในแผนกผู้ป่วยนอก โรงพยาบาลธัญญารักษ์ อยู่ในระดับมาก ([Mean] = 3.68, และ [Mean] = 3.85 ตามลำดับ) 2. สัมพันธภาพในครอบครัว การสนับสนุนด้านข้อมูลข่าวสาร และความเข้มแข็งมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกระดับปานกลางกับการปรับตัวโดยรวมของเยาวชนผู้เสพยาบ้า ในแผนกผู้ป่วยนอก โรงพยาบาลธัญญารักษ์ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ < .05 (r =.487, .353 และ .654 ตามลำดับ)
Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)
The purposes of this descriptive research were to study : 1) overall and adaptation in each mode of amphetamine abuser youth, out patient department, Thanyarak Hospitals 2) the relationships between personal factors, family relationship, informational support, hardiness and adaptation of amphetamine abuser youth, out patient department, Thanyarak hospitals. The sample were 88 amphetamine abuser youth (calculated by power analysis of .80 at p-value .05), selected by purposive sampling method. The research instruments were family relationship questionnaire, informational support questionnaire, hardiness questionnaire and adaptation questionnaire. All questionnaires were tested for content validity, and reliability. The Cronbach’s alpha coefficient reliability were .93, .96, .98 and .99 respectively. Statistical techniques utilized in data analysis were Percentage, Mean, Standard deviation, Chi-square and Pearson product moment correlation. Major results of this study were as follows: 1. Overall adaptation and adaptation in self-concept mode, and interdependence mode of amphetamine abuser youth in detoxification, out patient department, Thanyarak Hospitals were at the medium level ([Mean] = 3.49, [Mean] = 3.22 and [Mean] = 3.32, respectively). Whereas | the adaptation mode in physiological mode and role function mode of amphetamine abuser youth, were at the high level ([Mean] = 3.68, and [Mean] = 3.85, respectively). 2. There were moderate positive significant relationships between family relationship, informational support, hardiness, and adaptation of amphetamine abuser youth, out patient department, Thanyarak Hospitals (r = .487, .353, and .684, p < .05, respectively).
