Abstract

ศึกษาความสำเร็จในวิชาชีพตามการรับรู้ ของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย โรงพยาบาลศูนย์ ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ความสามารถในการเผชิญและฟันฝ่าอุปสรรค การสนับสนุนจากครอบครัว กับความสำเร็จในวิชาชีพของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย โรงพยาบาลศูนย์ และศึกษาตัวแปรที่ร่วมกันพยากรณ์ความสำเร็จ ในวิชาชีพของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย โรงพยาบาลศูนย์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วยจำนวน 345 คน โดยการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือแบบสอบถามความสำเร็จในวิชาชีพ ความสามารถในการเผชิญและฟันฝ่าอุปสรรค และการสนับสนุนจากครอบครัว ซึ่งผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ และมีค่าความเที่ยง .87 .84 และ .94 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดย ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธ์การณ์จร ค่าสัมประสิทธ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. หัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วยโรงพยาบาลศูนย์ มีความสำเร็จในวิชาชีพ อยู่ในระดับสูง (X= 3.92) 2.ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ได้แก่ ระดับการศึกษา สถานภาพสมรส และประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่ง ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความสำเร็จในวิชาชีพของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วยโรงพยาบาลศูนย์ 3. ความสามารถในการเผชิญและฟันฝ่าอุปสรรค การสนับสนุนจากครอบครัวมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวก กับความสำเร็จในวิชาชีพของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย โรงพยาบาลศูนย์ (r = .331 และ r = .337 ตามลำดับ) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 4. ตัวแปรที่สามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์ความสำเร็จในวิชาชีพ ของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วยได้ คือ การสนับสนุนจากครอบครัว และความสามารถในการเผชิญและฟันฝ่าอุปสรรค โดยสามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์ ได้ร้อยละ 18.6 (R2 = .186) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 สมการพยากรณ์ความสำเร็จในวิชาชีพ ของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย ในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐาน คือ Z' ความสำเร็จในวิชาชีพ = .282Z การสนับสนุนจากครอบครัว + .274 Z ความสามารถในการเผชิญและฟันฝ่าอุปสรรค

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

To study career success of head nurses in Regional Hospital and Medical Centers. And to investigate the relationships between personal factors, adversity quotient, family support, and career success of head nurses, and thirdly, to search for the variables that could be able to predict career success of head nurses. The sample consisted of 345 head nurses selected by multi-stage sampling technique. Research instruments were the three parts of questionnaires: career success, adversity quotient, and family support. The instruments were tested for content validity by the experts and their reliability were .87, .84, and .94 respectively. Statistical methods used to analyze the data included arithmetic mean, standard deviation, Contingency Coefficient, Pearson{174}s Correlation Coefficient, and Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis. Major finding were as follows: 1. Career success of head nurses in Regional Hospital and Medical Centers was at the high level (X= 3.92). 2. Personal factors of head nurses were not related to career success. 3. Adversity quotient and family support were positively and significantly related to career success of head nurses at the .05 level (r =.331 and .337 respectively). 4. Factors significantly predicted career success of head nurses were family support, and adversity quotient at the .05 level. These predictors were accounted for 18.6% of the variance (R2 = .186). The standardized prediction function derived from the analysis was as follow: Z' Career Success = .282 Z family support +.274 Z adversity quotient.
