Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาภาวะสุขภาพจิต และปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับภาวะสุขภาพจิตของทหารผ่านศึกพิการ ที่รับการรักษาในแผนกผู้ป่วยใน ณ โรงพยาบาลทหารผ่านศึก จำนวน137 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือ แบบสอบถามข้อมูลทั่วไป แบบวัดสุขภาพจิต SCL-90 (Symptom Checklist) และแบบสอบถามบุคลิกภาพ MPI (Maudsley Personality Inventory) วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดย ใช้โปรแกรม SPSS สถิติที่ใช้ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ไคสแควร์ สัมประสิทธิ์ สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน สถิติทดสอบความแตกต่างเป็นรายคู่ โดยเซฟเฟ (Scheffe) และสถิติถดถอยแบบพหูขั้นตอน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ผู้ป่วยมีปัญหาสุขภาพจิต คิดเป็นร้อยละ 86.9 โดยในจำนวนพบปัญหาสุขภาพจิต คือ ปัญหาความรู้สึกผิดปกติทางด้านร่างกายมากที่สุด ร้อยละ 89.8 | ความกลัวโดยไม่มี เหตุผล ร้อยละ 67.2, มีพฤติกรรมบ่งชี้อาการวิกลจริต ร้อยละ 65.0, มีความรู้สึกหวาดระแวง ร้อยละ 55.5 | มีความรู้สึกไม่เป็นมิตร ร้อยละ 54.7 | ซึมเศร้า ร้อยละ 48.2 | มีความรู้สึกบกพร่องในการติดต่อ กับผู้อื่น ร้อยละ 47.5 | การย้ำคำย้ำทำ ร้อยละ 10.2 และมีความวิตกกังวล ร้อยละ 8.8 ตามลำดับ ปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับภาวะสุขภาพจิตของผู้ป่วย พบว่า ปัจจัยด้าน อายุ, สถานภาพสมรส, อายุราชการ, จำนวนเงินที่ได้รับต่อเดือน, ชั้นบัตรทหารนอกประจำการจำนวนครั้งที่ไปราชการสนาม, ระยะเวลา ที่พิการ, สาเหตุที่ได้รับความพิการ, สาเหตุที่เข้ารับการรักษาพยาบาลในครั้งนี้, การใช้สารเสพติด, บุคลิกภาพด้าน N Scale, ปัจจัยด้านครอบครัว และการได้รับความช่วยเหลือ มีความสัมพันธ์กับปัญหาสุขภาพจิตอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The purpose of this research was to study the mental health and factor related to mental health of the Physically Disabled War Veterans General Hospital. The subject used in this study were 137 patients. The self-reporting instruments were general demographic survey questionnaire, SCL-90 (Symptom Checklist) and MPI (Maudsley Personality Inventory). The data were analyzed for descriptive statistic : percentage, mean, standard deviation, Chi square, Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficiency | Scheffe and regression analysis by SPSS. The study found that 86.9 percent of patients had mental health problem. Somatization 89.8 percent, Phobia Anxiety 67.2 percent, Psychoticism 65.0 percent, Paranoid Ideation 55.5 percent, Hostility 54.7 percent, Depression 48.2 percent, Interpersonal Sensitivity 47.5 percent, Obsessive - Compulsive 10.2 percent, Anxiety 8.8 percent. Age, marital status, treat right, number of join the battle, period of the physically disabled, cause of the physically disabled, cause of this admitted, substance use, N Scale personality, factor about family and helping system were statistically significant related to mental health problem at p<.01
