Abstract
ศึกษาข้อมูลข่าวสารด้านคุณภาพของโรงพยาบาลที่ผู้ประกันตนต้องการ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือผู้ประกันตนที่มารับบริการแผนกผู้ป่วยนอก ของโรงพยาบาลคู่สัญญา ของสำนักงานประกันสังคม ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร และปริมณฑล จำนวน 1,600 คน จากโรงพยาบาล 8 แห่ง เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม ระหว่างวันที่ 15 ธันวาคม 2543 ถึง 15 กุมภาพันธ์ 2544 ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ปริมาณข้อมูลข่าวสารด้านคุณภาพของโรงพยาบาล ที่ผู้ประกันตนต้องการโดยเฉลี่ยคือ 51.16% ของข้อมูลทั้งหมด ข้อมูลข่าวสารด้านคุณภาพของโรงพยาบาล ที่มีผู้ประกันตนต้องการมากที่สุดคือ ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับขอบเขตความสามารถในการรักษาพยาบาลของโรงพยาบาล (82.38%) ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับการแจ้งผลการรักษาพยาบาล (82.00%) และข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับการให้คำแนะนำในการดูแลรักษาตัวเองของผู้ป่วย (76.25%) โดยสื่อบุคคลที่ผู้ประกันตนต้องการ ในรับข้อมูลข่าวสารดังกล่าวมากที่สุดคือ เจ้าหน้าที่จากโรงพยาบาล (61.41%) เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายบุคคลของสถานประกอบการ (15.76%) และเจ้าหน้าที่สำนักงานประกันสังคม (11.93%) ตามลำดับ ส่วนนสื่อมวลชนที่ต้องการมากที่สุดคือ โทรทัศน์ (51.73%) จดหมายข่าวหรือวารสาร (23.88%) และแผ่นพับหรือใบปลิว (8.60%) ตามลำดับ ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ กับปริมาณข้อมูลข่าวสารด้านคุณภาพของโรงพยาบาล ที่ผู้ประกันตนต้องการได้แก่ ประวัติการเจ็บป่วยเรื้อรัง (p = .003) และลักษณะงานของผู้ประกันตน (p<.001)
Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)
To study hospital quality information needed by social security beneficiaries. The subjects were 1,600 social security beneficiaries who attended outpatient departments at eight main-contractor hospitals in Bangkok and its vicinity. Data were collected by questionnaire during 15 December 2000 to 15 February 2001. This study found that numbers of requested information catagories was 51.16% of all information. The most commonly requested information were scope of medical care (82.38%), results of diagnosis and treatment descriptions (82.00%) and patient advice (76.25%). The most commonly named sources of the information were Hospital's personnels (61.41%), personnel department of establishment (15.76%) and personnels from social security office (11.93%). The common media for the information were television (51.73%), news letter or journal (23.88%) and pamphlets (8.60%). Statistical significant relationships were found between numbers of requested information categories and job type (p<.001) and illness (p = .003)
