Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาคุณลักษณะการเป็นผู้เรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตสำหรับผู้ประกอบอาชีพศิลปะการแต่งหน้าเชิงสร้างสรรค์ (2). พัฒนาโปรแกรมการศึกษานอกระบบโรงเรียนเพื่อเสริมสร้างคุณลักษณะการเป็นผู้เรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตสำหรับผู้ประกอบอาชีพศิลปะการแต่งหน้าเชิงสร้างสรรค์ (3). พัฒนาคู่มือการจัดโปรแกรมการศึกษานอกระบบโรงเรียนเพื่อเสริมสร้างคุณลักษณะการเป็นผู้เรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตสำหรับผู้ประกอบอาชีพศิลปะการแต่งหน้าเชิงสร้างสรรค์ โดยแบ่งขั้นตอนการดำเนินงานวิจัยออกเป็น 3 ระยะ ดังนี้ ระยะที่ 1 เพื่อศึกษาคุณลักษณะการเป็นผู้เรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตของผู้ประกอบอาชีพศิลปะการแต่งหน้าเชิงสร้างสรรค์ กลุ่มเป้าหมาย จำนวน 20 คน ระยะที่ 2 การพัฒนาโปรแกรมการศึกษานอกระบบโรงเรียนเพื่อเสริมสร้างคุณลักษณะการเป็นผู้เรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตสำหรับผู้ประกอบอาชีพศิลปะการแต่งหน้าเชิงสร้างสรรค์ โดยดำเนินการตามขั้นตอนการจัดโปรแกรมการศึกษานอกระบบโรงเรียน ตามแนวคิดของ Houle (1972) 7 ขั้นตอน ดังนี้ 1) ขั้นการวิเคราะห์ความต้องการในการเรียนรู้และกำหนดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ที่เป็นไปได้ 2) ขั้นการตัดสินใจดำเนินกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ 3) ขั้นการกำหนดวัตถุประสงค์ 4) ขั้นการออกแบบรูปแบบกิจกรรมที่เหมาะสมใช้แนวคิดทฤษฎีการเรียนรู้จากประสบการณ์ ของ Kolb (1984) 5 ขั้นการวางแผนกิจกรรมให้สอดคล้องกับการดำเนินชีวิตของผู้เรียน 6) ขั้นการนำแผนงานไปสู่การปฏิบัติ 7) ขั้นการวัดและประเมินผล การศึกษาปัจจัยและเงื่อนไขที่เกี่ยวข้องในการนำโปรแกรม กลุ่มเป้าหมาย จำนวน 10 คน ระยะที่ 3 การพัฒนาคู่มือการจัดโปรแกรมการศึกษานอกระบบโรงเรียนเพื่อเสริมสร้างคุณลักษณะการเป็นผู้เรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตสำหรับผู้ประกอบอาชีพศิลปะการแต่งหน้าเชิงสร้างสรรค์โดยการร่างคู่มือจากผลการพัฒนาโปรแกรม มีการตรวจสอบคู่มือโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญและผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 20 คน และการจัดทำคู่มือฉบับสมบูรณ์ ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ว่า (1) คุณลักษณะการเป็นผู้เรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตสำหรับผู้ประกอบอาชีพศิลปะการแต่งหน้าเชิงสร้างสรรค์บ่งออกเป็น 3 มิติ ประกอบด้วย 1) มิติเจตคติ 20 รายการ 2) มิติทักษะ 5 รายการ และ 3) มิติความรอบรู้ 3 รายการ (2) ผลการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ตามโปรแกรมพบว่ากลุ่มทดลองมีคุณลักษณะการเป็นผู้เรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตสำหรับผู้ประกอบอาชีพศิลปะการแต่งหน้าเชิงสร้างสรรค์เพิ่มขึ้นอยู่ในระดับสูง (3) ผลการพัฒนามือคู่มือโปรแกรมการศึกษานอกระบบโรงเรียนเพื่อเสริมสร้างคุณลักษณะการเป็นผู้เรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตสำหรับผู้ประกอบอาชีพศิลปะการแต่งหน้าเชิงสร้างสรรค์ ได้คู่มือที่มีขนาดรูปเล่มที่เหมาะสม ตัวอักษรอ่านง่ายชัดเจน กิจกรรมแต่ละขั้นตอนมีความชัดเจน เข้าใจง่ายเนื้อหาความรู้มีความเหมาะสมตรงกับความต้องการ
Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)
The purposes of this research were 1) to study characteristics of lifelong learners for creative professional make-up artists; 2) to develop a non-formal education program to enhance characteristics of lifelong learners for creative professional make-up artists; and 3) to develop a manual for conducting the non-formal education program to enhance characteristics of lifelong learners for creative professional make-up artists. Research methodology was divided into 3 phases. The first phase was to study characteristics of lifelong learners for creative professional make up artists with 20 creative professional make-up artists to answer research objective 1. The second phase was the program development following Houle's model (1972) for organizing a non-formal education program, which was consisted of 7 steps; 1) diagnosing needs for learning and identifying possible learning activities; 2) decision making to manage learning activities; 3) setting objectives; 4) designing suitable activities by using Kolb's experiential learning model; 5) designing activities to be congruent with learners' lifestyles; 6) putting the plan into action; and 7) evaluating results and studying factors and conditions of the program. There were 10 participants. The third phase was the manual development for conducting the program, by making a draft of the manual, testing qualities by 20 experts, and making the complete manual. Finding were as follows. Firstly, characteristics of lifelong learners for creative professional make-up artists were consisted of 3 dimensions, including 1) 20 items of attitudinal dimension; 2) 5 items of skill dimension; 3) 3 items of literacy dimension. Secondly, for the result of the program conducted, the experimental group developed characteristics of lifelong learners for creative professional make-up artists to the high level. Thirdly, the manual for conducting the non-formal education program to enhance characteristics of lifelong learners for creative professional make-up artists had suitable size, easily readable font, clear instructions of activities, and content that served learners' needs.
