Abstract

งานวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกภายในสนามฟุตบอลที่ส่งผลต่อความพึงพอใจผู้เข้าชมการแข่งขันฟุตบอลไทยแลนด์พรีเมียร์ลีก ฤดูกาล 2560 และศึกษาความพึงพอใจสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกภายในสนามทั้งที่ผ่านและไม่ผ่านมาตรฐานระดับ A-Class โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างคือผู้เข้าชมทั้งเพศชายและเพศหญิงที่มีอายุตั้งแต่ 20 ปีขึ้นไป จำนวน 480 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับปัจจัยสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกภายในสนามฟุตบอล และนำข้อมูลที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์ค่าสถิติโดยหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณโดยกำหนดระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ .05 เพื่อวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยด้านที่ส่งผลต่อความพึงพอใจผู้เข้าชมภายในสนามการแข่งขัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ปัจจัยสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกทั้ง 6 ด้านล้วนส่งผลต่อความพึงพอใจผู้เข้าชมภายในสนามการแข่งขันฟุตบอลไทยแลนด์พรีเมียร์ลีก ฤดูกาล 2560 แต่เมื่อวิเคราะห์สนามที่ผ่านและไม่ผ่านมาตรฐาน A-Class พบว่า สนามที่ผ่านมาตรฐาน A-Class มี 3 ปัจจัยที่ส่งผล ได้แก่ ด้านความสะดวกสบายของที่นั่ง, ด้านการเข้าถึงแผนผัง, ด้านการจัดสรรพื้นที่และป้ายบอกทาง ส่วนสนามที่ไม่ผ่าน พบว่า มีปัจจัยที่ส่งผลเพิ่มมาจากสนามที่ผ่านอีก 2 ปัจจัย คือ ด้านความสุนทรียศาสตร์และด้านคุณภาพของป้ายบอกคะแนน สรุปผลการวิจัย ปัจจัยสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกทั้ง 6 ด้านล้วนส่งผลต่อความพึงพอใจ แต่เมื่อแยกระหว่างสนามที่ผ่านและไม่ผ่านมาตรฐาน A-Class พบว่ามีความแตกต่างของปัจจัยที่ส่งผล ดังนั้นผู้จัดการหรือผู้ดูแลสนามการแข่งขันจึงควรให้ความสำคัญกับปัจจัยด้านที่ส่งผลต่อความพึงพอใจผู้เข้าชม

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The purposes of this research were to study the factors of sport stadium facilities affecting on spectator satisfaction in Thailand Premier League 2017.In particular, the stadiums which are passed and not passed A-Class were focused on this study. The subjects were 480 spectators included male and female. This study used the questionnaire about the factors of football stadium facilities. The collected data was analyzed by using percentages, mean, standard deviation, and multiple regression We found that there were six factors of sport stadium facilities affecting on spectator’s satisfaction in Thailand Premier League 2017. However, after analyzing both of the passing and non-passing A-Class stadium, we found that the passing A-Class stadium had 3 factors affecting on spectator’s satisfaction that which are seating comfort, layout accessibility, space allocation and signage while the non-passing stadiums had seating comfort, layout accessibility, facilities aesthetics, scoreboard quality, [W1] space allocation and signage. To sum up, all of the factors of sport facilities affected on the spectator’s satisfaction. However when separating the passing and non-passing stadiums, we found the difference in terms of the factors affecting on the satisfaction. Hence, sports facility managers should focus on the factors affecting on spectator’s satisfaction regarding the difference.
