Abstract
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่าง บุคลิกภาพ สัมพันธภาพในการปรึกษา และความงอกงามภายหลังเผชิญเหตุการณ์สะเทือนใจ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ผู้ที่มีประสบการณ์รับบริการปรึกษาเชิงจิตวิทยา จำนวน 132 คน อายุเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 23.77 ± 5.72 ปี เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ 1) มาตรวัดบุคลิกภาพแบบห้าองค์ประกอบ 2) มาตรวัดสัมพันธภาพในการปรึกษา ฉบับย่อ: สำหรับผู้รับบริการ และ 3) มาตรวัดความงอกงามภายหลังเผชิญเหตุการณ์สะเทือนใจภาษาไทย ฉบับย่อ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยค่าสถิติสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยแบบพหุคูณ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า บุคลิกภาพแบบไม่มั่นคงทางอารมณ์ มีค่าสหสัมพันธ์ทางลบกับความงอกงามภายหลังเผชิญเหตุการณ์สะเทือนใจอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (r = -.42, p < .01) ในขณะที่บุคลิกภาพแบบเปิดเผย บุคลิกภาพแบบคล้อยตาม บุคลิกภาพแบบมีจิตสำนึก และสัมพันธภาพในการปรึกษา มีค่าสหสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับความงอกงามภายหลังเผชิญเหตุการณ์สะเทือนใจอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (r = .44, .22, .39 และ .26 ตามลำดับ, p < .01) ส่วนบุคลิกภาพแบบเปดรับประสบการณ์ใหม่ มีค่าสหสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับความงอกงามภายหลังเผชิญเหตุการณ์สะเทือนใจอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (r = .19, p < .05) นอกจากนี้ บุคลิกภาพแบบห้าองค์ประกอบ (ได้แก่ แบบไม่มั่นคงทางอารมณ์ แบบเปิดเผย แบบเปดรับประสบการณ์ใหม่ แบบคล้อยตาม และแบบมีจิตสำนึก) และสัมพันธภาพในการปรึกษา สามารถร่วมกันทำนายความงอกงามภายหลังเผชิญเหตุการณ์สะเทือนใจได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ และอธิบายความแปรปรวนของความงอกงามภายหลังเผชิญเหตุการณ์สะเทือนใจร้อยละ 36 (R2 = .36, p < .01) โดยบุคลิกภาพแบบไม่มั่นคงทางอารมณ์มีน้ำหนักในการทำนายสูงที่สุด (β = -.32, p < .01) ส่วนบุคลิกภาพแบบเปิดเผยและสัมพันธภาพในการปรึกษา มีน้ำหนักในการทำนายลำดับรองลงมา (β = .27 และ .23 ตามลำดับ, p < .01) ในขณะที่บุคลิกภาพแบบมีจิตสำนึกมีน้ำหนักในการทำนายต่ำที่สุด (β = .17, p < .05)
Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)
This study aimed to examine the relationship among personality, working alliance, and posttraumatic growth. Participants were 132 individuals with counseling service experiences. Their mean age was 23.77 ± 5.72 years old. Research instruments were Big Five Inventory, Working Alliance Inventory - Short Form: Client Version, and the Posttraumatic Growth Inventory - Short Form. Pearson’s product-moment correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis were used to analyse the data. Findings revealed that neuroticism was significantly and negatively correlated with posttraumatic growth (r = -.42, p < .01). Extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, and working alliance were significantly and positively correlated with posttraumatic growth (r = .44, .22, .39 and .26 respectively, p < .01). Openness to experience was significantly and positively correlated with posttraumatic growth (r = .19, p < .05) Further, five-factor personality (including neuroticism, extraversion, openness to experience, agreeableness, and conscientiousness) and working alliance significantly predicted posttraumatic growth and accounted for 36 percent of the total variance (R2 = .36, p < .01). Neuroticism was the most significant predictor of posttraumatic growth (β = -.32, p < .01). Extraversion and working alliance were also significant predictors of posttraumatic growth (β = .27 and .23 respectively, p < .01). While conscientiousness was the least significant predictor of posttraumatic growth (β = .17, p < .05).
