Abstract
ถึงแม้ว่าในปัจจุบันสื่อดิจิทัลได้เข้ามามีบทบาทและทดแทนสื่อสิ่งพิมพ์ต่าง ๆ แต่หนังสือเล่มก็ยังคงได้รับความนิยมอยู่ไม่ต่างจากในอดีต อันเนื่องมาจากประสบการณ์ที่ได้รับในขณะอ่านที่แตกต่างกัน นอกจากนี้ในปัจจุบันตลาดสินค้ามือสองกำลังเติบโต อันเนื่องมาจากสภาพเศรษฐกิจและกระแสความยั่งยืนที่คนรุ่นใหม่ให้ความสนใจมากขึ้น จึงส่งผลให้ตลาดมือสองเติบโตอย่างต่อเนื่อง โดยหนังสือเป็นสินค้ามือสองประเภทหนึ่งที่ได้รับความนิยมอย่างมาก โครงการนี้จึงมีวัตถุประสงค์ในการศึกษาเพื่อเข้าใจพฤติกรรมและความต้องการของผู้ใช้งานที่ต้องการซื้อและขายหนังสือโดยเฉพาะกลุ่มหนังสือมือสอง และสร้างต้นแบบของโมไบล์แอปพลิเคชันโดยใช้การคิดเชิงออกแบบ เพื่อให้ได้ต้นแบบของแอปพลิเคชันที่ตอบโจทย์การใช้งานมากที่สุด โครงการพิเศษนี้นำหลักการคิดเชิงออกแบบมาใช้ในการวิเคราะห์และออกแบบระบบ ผ่านการทำความเข้าใจความต้องการของกลุ่มเป้าหมายอย่างลึกซึ้ง เพื่อให้ได้ระบบที่สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาของผู้ใช้งานได้อย่างแท้จริง นอกจากนี้ยังนำแนวคิดระบบแนะนำมาช่วยเสริมเพื่อให้ระบบแสดงข้อมูลที่เหมาะสมและตรงใจผู้ใช้งานแต่ละคนมากยิ่งขึ้น อีกทั้งยังพัฒนาส่วนติดต่อผู้ใช้งานด้วยเครื่องมือสร้างต้นแบบและดำเนินการทดสอบกับกลุ่มเป้าหมาย เพื่อให้กลุ่มเป้าหมายเข้าใจการใช้งานระบบและได้มาซึ่งข้อเสนอแนะที่สามารถนำไปพัฒนาและปรับปรุงการออกแบบระบบได้อย่างรวดเร็ว ระบบต้นแบบที่ได้จากการพัฒนาโครงการนี้จะสามารถใช้เป็นแนวทางในการนำไปต่อยอดเพื่อพัฒนาเป็นแอปพลิเคชันตัวกลางระหว่างผู้ซื้อและผู้ขายหนังสือมือสอง เพื่อช่วยแก้ปัญหาของกลุ่มเป้าหมายที่เกิดขึ้นในปัจจุบันได้
Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)
Even though digital media currently disrupts print media, books are still popular due to the unique experience of reading. Additionally, the second-hand market is currently growing due to economic conditions and the increasing interests in sustainability among the younger generation. As a result, the second-hand market continues to expand, and books are one of the popular second-hand items. This project aims to study and understand the behaviors and needs of used books buyers and sellers and to develop a prototype of a mobile application using design thinking to serve their needs. This special project adopts design thinking principles to analyze and design the system. Deep understanding of the target group's needs ensures the system could solve the user pain points. Additionally, a recommendation system is applied to present relevant data to each user. The user interface is developed using prototyping tools and tested with the target group to gather faster feedback for system design improvement. The system prototype developed from this project can be a guideline for further development as a platform between used book buyers and sellers to solve their current pain points.
