The purposes of this research were 1) to study the quality of small-sized schools 2) to study the effects of school Administrator’s Leadership on the quality of small-sized schools with school environment, teacher characteristics, and community involvement as mediators. The sample were 544 administrators of small-sized schools under the Northeast Primary Educational Service Area Office using simple random sampling technique. SPSS program was used for data analysis using descriptive statistics while LISREL was used to analyze data using structural equation model (SEM). The research findings showed that 1) the quality of the small schools and factors influencing the quality of small-sized schools were high level. 2) the structural equation model of quality of small-sized schools was filled with the empirical data, School administrator’s leadership, teacher characteristics, school environments, and community involvement had direct effects on quality of small-sized school with statistical significance at .05 level moreover, school administrator’s leadership had indirect effect on quality of small-sized schools via 0.05 with statistical significance at .05 level.
