Abstract
งานศึกษาฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ในการวิเคราะห์ต้นทุนรวมโลจิสติกส์สำหรับการนำเข้า มอลต์ ระหว่างการใช้เรือสินค้าเทกองกับเรือตู้สินค้า โดยทำการศึกษาต้นทุนรวมโลจิสติกส์และ ระยะเวลาในการขนส่งมอลต์จากประเทศออสเตรเลียจนถึงโรงงานที่ตั้งอยู่ที่จังหวัด พระนครศรีอยุธยาด้วยวิธีเรือสินค้าเทกอง โดยปัจจุบันใช้รูปแบบการขนส่งด้วยวิธีเรือตู้สินค้า ผู้วิจัย จะทำการจำลองสถานการณ์ เพื่อทำการเปรียบเทียบกับเส้นทางการขนส่งที่ใช้อยู่ในปัจจุบัน โดยจะทำการจำลองสถานการณ์ใน 8 รูปแบบ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อหาต้นทุนรวมโลจิสติกส์และ ระยะเวลา ในการขนส่งมอลต์เพื่อนำมาเปรียบเทียบกับต้นทุนโลจิสติกส์และระยะเวลารวมของการ ขนส่งมอลต์ในปัจจุบัน โดยวิธีการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกจากผู้ประกอบการการขนส่งสินค้าระหว่าง ประเทศและภายในประเทศที่เกี่ยวข้อง โดยในการศึกษา ผู้วิจัยได้ทำการเปรียบเทียบต้นทุนรวมโลจิสติกส์ 4 ด้านคือ 1. ต้นทุนการขนส่ง (Transportation Cost) 2. ต้นทุนการขนถ่ายสินค้า (Handling Costs) 3. ต้นทุนคลังสินค้า (Warehousing Costs) 4. ต้นทุนค่าใช้จ่ายอื่นๆ (Other Cost) ผลการศึกษา พบว่าสินค้าทางการเกษตรจำพวกสินค้ามอลต์ รูปแบบการขนส่งวิธีเรือสินค้า เทกองมีต้นทุนรวมโลจิสติกส์ต่ำกว่าการขนส่งวิธีเรือตู้สินค้า แต่อย่างไรก็ตามควรพิจารณาถึงปัจจัย อื่นร่วมด้วย อาทิเช่น ระดับน้ำหรือช่วงเวลาที่เหมาะสมในการขนส่งด้วยเรือเทกองในแต่ละ ช่วงเวลาของปี
Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)
The objective of this study is the Logistics cost analysis of Import Malt between Bulk and Container vessel .The scope of study the total cost of logistics and time of the transport of malt from Australia to the factory located in Ayutthaya Province by Bulk vessel. At present, the mode of transportation by Container vessel. The researchers will simulate the situation. To compare it with the current transportation routes. The simulation will be conducted in 8 models with the objective of finding Total logistics cost and Time. To compare mode of transportation malt with current logistics cost and total delivery time of malt by method of in-depth interviews with relevant international and domestic freight forwarders. The objective of this study,the researcher has compared the total cost of logistics in 4 aspects: 1. Cost of transportation. 2. Handling Costs 3. Warehouse Costs 4. Other Costs. The conclusion of this study he Bulk vessel mode has a lower Total logistics cost than the Container vessel. However, other factors should be considered as well, such as the water level or the appropriate time to transport by Bulk vessel at each time of the year.
