Abstract
จากสถานการณ์แพร่ระบาดของไวรัสโควิด-19 นี้ หลายองค์กรได้มีการอนุญาตให้พนักงานทำงานที่บ้าน หรือ Work From Home ได้ อย่างไรก็ตาม พนักงานไม่จำเป็นต้องทำงานที่บ้านเพียงอย่างเดียว สามารถทำงานได้ทุกที่ทุกเวลา เช่น ร้านอาหาร ร้านกาแฟ เป็นต้น แต่สำหรับองค์กรที่ดำเนินธุรกิจ เวลาการเข้าออกงานเป็นหนึ่งในเรื่องที่สำคัญของการทำงาน องค์กรต้องการให้พนักงานเข้าออกงานอย่างตรงเวลา และยังคงต้องปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบขององค์กรอย่างเคร่งครัด ระบบการจัดการเวลาทำงานของพนักงานผ่านโทรศัพท์มือถือ หรือโมไบล์แอปพลิเคชันที่สามารถลงเวลาเข้าออกงาน ขอลางาน หรือขออนุมัติการทำงานล่วงเวลาผ่านระบบ ช่วยให้การลงเวลาเข้าออกงาน การลางาน และการขออนุมัติการทำงานล่วงเวลา มีความยืดหยุ่น สะดวก และง่ายดาย ส่งผลให้พนักงานสามารถปฏิบัติงานให้แก่องค์กรได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น ในการพัฒนาโมไบล์แอปพลิเคชันให้มีประสิทธิภาพ และสามารถตอบสนองความต้องการที่แท้จริงของผู้ใช้งานทุกกลุ่มได้ จำเป็นต้องนำหลักการคิดเชิงออกแบบ หรือ Design Thinking มาช่วยในการทำงานเพื่อช่วยให้เกิดกระบวนการคิดและออกแบบโดยเน้นไปที่พฤติกรรมของผู้ใช้งานเป็นหลัก โดยจะต้องเข้าใจความต้องการของกลุ่มเป้าหมาย และปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นในปัจจุบัน เพื่อนำมาช่วยเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการพัฒนาระบบได้ ระบบต้นแบบของโครงการนี้ถูกสร้างจากเครื่องมือ Figma โดยจะสามารถเป็นระบบต้นแบบโมไบล์แอปพลิเคชันสำหรับการจัดการเวลาทำงานพนักงานในธุรกิจให้บริการด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศที่สามารถใช้งานได้จริง โดยตอบสนองความต้องการของผู้ใช้งานทุกกลุ่มอย่างสูงสุด
Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)
Due to the spread of COVID-19 virus, many organizations have allowed their employees to work from home. However, the employees do not have to work from home only but they are also able to work anytime and from anywhere such as they can work sitting at a restaurant or even coffee shop. For business organizations, recording of time attendance is one of the most important working process. The organizations require employees to arrive and leave work on time and to strictly follow the rules of the organization. An employee time management system via mobile phone or mobile application can help recording attendance, issuing a request leave, or issuing a request approval for working overtime through the system. It results in a flexible and convenient working process. Thus, the employees are able to work for the organization more efficiently. Developing a mobile application that works efficient and meets the users’ requirements, the principles of Design Thinking are necessary to help creating the process of thinking and designing with a focus on user behaviors and understanding the needs and problems of all users. Finally, the application prototype in this project has been created by Figma. It is an effective mobile application prototype for managing employee working time of an information technology service provider business organization.
