Abstract
การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงบรรยาย มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับความสามารถการปฏิบัติการแพทย์ทางไกลและทักษะการสื่อสารระหว่างบุคคลของนิสิตแพทย์ คณะแพทยศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย 2) เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการจำเป็นของการพัฒนาการบริหารวิชาการหลักสูตรแพทยศาสตรบัณฑิต จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ตามแนวคิดการปฏิบัติการแพทย์ทางไกลและทักษะการสื่อสารระหว่างบุคคล 3) เพื่อนำเสนอแนวทางพัฒนาการบริหารวิชาการหลักสูตรแพทยศาสตรบัณฑิต จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัยตามแนวคิดการปฏิบัติการแพทย์ทางไกลและทักษะการสื่อสารระหว่างบุคคล ผู้ให้ข้อมูล คือ นิสิตแพทย์ชั้นปีที่ 6 รวมทั้งหมด 160 คน ผู้บริหารคณะแพทยศาสตร์ และประธานรายวิชาชั้นปีที่ 4-6 จำนวน 40 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม เรื่อง 1) ระดับความสามารถการปฏิบัติการแพทย์ทางไกลและทักษะการสื่อสารระหว่างบุคคลของนิสิตคณะแพทยศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย 2) สภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการบริหารวิชาการหลักสูตรแพทยศาสตรบัณฑิต จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัยตามแนวคิดการปฏิบัติการแพทย์ทางไกลและทักษะการสื่อสารระหว่างบุคคล และ 3) แบบประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของร่างแนวทางพัฒนาการบริหารวิชาการหลักสูตรแพทยศาสตรบัณฑิต จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัยตามแนวคิดการปฏิบัติการแพทย์ทางไกลและทักษะการสื่อสาระหว่างบุคคล โดยสถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ประกอบด้วย ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิต ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าดัชนี ความต้องการจำเป็น ฐานนิยม และการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ระดับความสามารถการปฏิบัติการแพทย์ทางไกลของนิสิตแพทย์ คณะแพทยศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับดี (x = 3.73) และระดับความสามารถทักษะการสื่อสารระหว่างบุคคลของนิสิตแพทย์ คณะแพทยศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย โดยภาพรวมอยู่นะดับดี (x = 4.06) โดยระดับความสามารถทักษะการสื่อสารระหว่างบุคคลมีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงกว่าระดับความสามารถการปฏิบัติการแพทย์ทางไกล 2) ความต้องการจำเป็นของการพัฒนาการบริหารวิชาการหลักสูตรแพทยศาสตรบัณฑิต จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ตามแนวคิดการปฏิบัติการแพทย์ทางไกลและทักษะการสื่อสารระหว่างบุคคลที่มีความต้องการจำเป็นมากที่สุด คือ ด้านการประเมินผล รองลงมา คือ ด้านกระบวนการเรียนการสอน และการพัฒนาหลักสูตร ตามลำดับ 3) แนวทางพัฒนาการบริหารวิชาการหลักสูตรแพทยศาสตรบัณฑิต จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัยตามแนวคิดการปฏิบัติการแพทย์ทางไกล เรียงลำดับตามความต้องการจำเป็น แนวทางที่ 1 พัฒนาการประเมินผลการเรียนรู้ที่เน้นผลลัพธ์ในการปฏิบัติการแพทย์ทางไกลด้านการติดตามอาการของผู้ป่วยระยะไกลและการปฏิสัมพันธ์ระหว่างผู้ป่วยกับแพทย์ที่สามารถโต้ตอบกันได้ทันที แนวทางที่ 2 พัฒนากระบวนการเรียนการสอนผ่านการจัดกิจกรรมนิสิตเพื่อวางแผนเส้นทางสู่การปฏิบัติการแพทย์ทางไกลที่เน้นการติดตามอาการผู้ป่วยระยะไกลและการปฏิสัมพันธ์ระหว่างผู้ป่วยกับแพทย์ที่สามารถโต้ตอบกันได้ทันที แนวทางที่ 3 ขับเคลื่อนการสร้างและพัฒนาหลักสูตรการปฏิบัติการแพทย์ทางไกล โดยการกำหนดผลลัพธ์การเรียนรู้ที่พึงประสงค์ของหลักสูตร เน้นประเด็นนำร่องการติดตามอาการผู้ป่วยระยะไกลและการปฏิสัมพันธ์ระหว่างผู้ป่วยกับแพทย์ที่สามารถโต้ตอบกันได้ทันที และตามแนวคิดทักษะการสื่อสารระหว่างบุคคล แนวทางที่ 1 พัฒนาการประเมินผลลัพธ์การเรียนรู้ทักษะการสื่อสารระหว่างบุคคลโดยเน้นการเข้าใจความคิดและความรู้สึกตามที่ผู้อื่นรับรู้ แนวทางที่ 2 ขับเคลื่อนและพัฒนากระบวนการเรียนการสอนการจัดกิจกรรมเพื่อให้เกิดผลลัพธ์ในการใช้ทักษะการสื่อสารระหว่างบุคคลด้วยการเปิดแผนตนเองและการเข้าใจความคิดและความรู้สึกตามที่ผู้อื่นรับรู้ แนวทางที่ 3 การพัฒนาหลักสูตรโดยการกำหนดผลลัพธ์การเรียนรู้ที่พึงประสงค์ของทักษะการสื่อสารระหว่างบุคคลของนิสิตแพทย์ด้านความเสมอภาคในการติดต่อสื่อสาร และการเข้าใจความคิดและความรู้สึกตามที่ผู้อื่นรับรู้
Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)
This study was a descriptive research and its purposes were: 1) Study of a Proficiency level of telemedicine practice and interpersonal communication skills of students of the Faculty of Medicine 2) Study the needs assessment of developing academic management of Chulalongkorn University Medical Program based on the concept of telemedicine and interpersonal communication skills. And 3) to propose approaches for developing academic management of Chulalongkorn University Medical Program based on the concept of telemedicine and interpersonal communication skills. Sample population are executives’ officers of the Faculty of Medicine and president of 160 the 6th grade student with total of 40 people. The research instruments were rating-scaled questionnaire about Proficiency level, telemedicine practice and interpersonal communication skills of students of Faculty of Medicine Chulalongkorn University and about current and desirable of developing academic management of Medical Curriculum to develop Telemedicine for practician based on the concept of interpersonal communication skills and evaluation form to testify appropriateness and feasibility of approaches. The data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and content analysis. The findings showed that: 1) A proficiency level of telemedicine practice of students of the Faculty of Medicine Chulalongkorn University was at high level (x = 3.73) and a proficiency level of interpersonal communication skills of students of the Faculty of Medicine Chulalongkorn University was at high level (x = 4.06), which proficiency level of interpersonal communication skills higher than proficiency level of telemedicine practice. 2) The research finding was found that the overall needs of developing academic management of Chulalongkorn University Medical Program based on the concept of telemedicine and interpersonal communication skills was the first priority need of academic management was evaluation, teaching process, and curriculum development. respectively. 3) Approaches for developing academic management of Chulalongkorn university medical program based on the concept of telemedicine and interpersonal communication skills according to priority need, approach 1 : develops outcome-based learning assessments in telemedicine practice in remote patient monitoring in topic of patient’s follow-up monitoring and patient-doctor interaction, approach 2 : develop teaching and learning processes through student activities to plan a path to telemedicine practice that focuses on remote patient monitoring and immediate patient-doctor interaction, approach 3 : support the creation and development of a telemedicine practice curriculum by defining the desired learning outcomes of the course, focusing on remote patient follow-up monitoring and immediate patient-doctor interactions. And according to the concept of interpersonal communication skills, approach 1 : develop assessment Interpersonal communication skills learning outcomes with an emphasis on understanding ideas and feel what others perceive, approach 2 : support development of teaching and learning processes through activities to achieve results in interpersonal communication skills through self-explanation and understanding the thoughts and feelings of others recognition, approach 3 : Curriculum Development by determining the desired learning outcomes of interpersonal communication skills among medical students on communication equality and understanding thoughts and feelings as perceived by others recognition.
