Abstract

ห้องผ่าตัดกระดูกหมายถึงห้องสำหรับการผ่าตัดกระดูกและข้อ ซึ่งเป็นส่วนที่มีความเสี่ยงสูงสุดต่อการติดเชื้อ ดังนั้นห้องผ่าตัดกระดูกจึงมีความสำคัญและจำเป็นต้องดำเนินการตั้งแต่การออกแบบด้านสถาปัตยกรรมและงานระบบวิศวกรรมต่างๆ เพื่อให้ถูกต้องและเหมาะสมตามเกณฑ์การออกแบบห้องผ่าตัด การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาเกณฑ์ของการออกแบบด้านสถาปัตยกรรมรวมถึงวัสดุพื้น ผนัง ฝ้าเพดานและงานระบบวิศวกรรมต่างๆ ในส่วนห้องผ่าตัดกระดูกในโรงพยาบาลทั่วไป ศึกษาสภาพปัญหาและแนวทางการออกแบบปรับปรุงห้องผ่าตัดกระดูกโรงพยาบาลหาดใหญ่ในปัจจุบัน รวมถึงแนวทางในการก่อสร้างปรับปรุงห้องผ่าตัดกระดูกเพิ่มเติมของโรงพยาบาลหาดใหญ่ให้เหมาะสมและปลอดภัยจากการติดเชื้ออีกด้วย วิธีการศึกษาใช้การสำรวจห้องผ่าตัดกระดูกและสัมภาษณ์พยาบาลวิชาชีพชำนาญการ ที่ปฏิบัติงานภายในห้องผ่าตัดกระดูกที่เป็นกรณีศึกษา รวมทั้งการศึกษาข้อมูลจากเอกสาร งานวิจัย ทฤษฎี รวมถึงข้อมูลที่ได้จากการศึกษาข้อดี ข้อเสีย ห้องผ่าตัดกระดูกที่เป็นกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 4 โรงพยาบาล คือ โรงพยาบาล A, B, C และ โรงพยาบาล Dจากวิธีการศึกษาค้นคว้าดังกล่าวข้างต้น ได้มีการวิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบข้อดี-ข้อเสีย เพื่อนำเสนอเป็นแนวทางในการออกแบบปรับปรุงการห้องผ่าตัดกระดูกโรงพยาบาลหาดใหญ่ ซึ่งผลจากการวิเคราะห์พบว่าภายในห้องผ่าตัดกระดูก (Ortho1) โรงพยาบาลหาดใหญ่ยังมีความไม่เหมาะสมในด้านสถาปัตยกรรมและวิศวกรรม ได้แก่รูปทรงห้อง พื้นที่ใช้สอย พื้น ผนัง ประตู เพดาน ระบบไฟฟ้า ระบบสุขาภิบาล ระบบปรับอากาศระบายอากาศ และระบบแก๊สทางการแพทย์ จากผลของการศึกษาจึงได้เสนอแนวทางในการปรับปรุงห้องผ่าตัดกระดูก (Ortho1) ให้เหมาะสม และมีความเป็นได้ตามเกณฑ์การออกแบบห้องผ่าตัด อย่างไรก็ตามก็ยังส่วนที่สมควรปรับปรุงแต่ไม่สามารถปรับปรุงได้ด้วยเงื่อนไขที่จำเป็น จึงได้เสนอแนวทางในการก่อสร้างปรับปรุงสำหรับห้องผ่าตัดกระดูก (Ortho3) ของโรงพยาบาลหาดใหญ่เพิ่มเติม ซึ่งสามารถก่อสร้างปรับปรุงได้เหมาะสมกว่าห้องผ่าตัดกระดูก (Ortho1) และในขณะเดียวกันก็อาจใช้เป็นแนวทางสำหรับออกแบบหรือปรับปรุงห้องผ่าตัดกระดูกโรงพยาบาลรัฐต่อไปในอนาคต

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

An orthopedic operating room is defined as a room for the performance of surgical procedures on bones and joints. Therefore, an orthopedic operating room is very important and requires special care in its architectural design and engineering. The study aims to investigate the standards of architectural design, wall, flooring, ceiling materials, and other engineering systems in orthopedic operating rooms at hospitals. Then, the study tackles problems in designing the orthopedic operating room at Hatyai Hospital, and suggests ways to renovate it to be safer and more sterile. The research methods include surveys of orthopedic surgery rooms and interviews with specialist nurses who work in the orthopedic operating room at Hatyai Hospital. The researcher also collected data from documents and surveyed four hospitals. The advantages and drawbacks of the orthopedic operating rooms in the four hospitals were then compared in order to develop the design for the orthopedic operating room at Hatyai Hospital. It was found that the orthopedic operating room I (Ortho 1) at Hatyai Hospital did not have good architectural and engineering designs (room patterns, space, floors, walls, doors, ceiling, electricity system, sanitation system, air control system, and gas system). While the study suggests ways to improve the design of the orthopedic operating rooms at Hatyai Hospital, there are some parts of orthopedic operating room III (Ortho 3) which cannot be improved due to pre-existing conditions. Instead, the research suggested ways it could be renovated. The suggestions can also be applied to orthopedic operating rooms at other hospitals.
