Abstract

งานวิจัยนี้มีที่มาจากปัญหาที่นิสิตไม่สามารถคิดวิเคราะห์ปัญหาการจัดการพัสดุคงคลังได้ เนื่องจากขาดประสบการณ์การวิเคราะห์ปัญหาจริง ประกอบกับปัญหาจริงในทางปฏิบัติมีความซับซ้อนเกินกว่าทฤษฏีต่างๆที่นิสิตเคยได้เรียนรู้จะสามารถอธิบายไว้ได้โดยครอบคลุมทั้งหมด ในขณะเดียวกันเมื่อพิจารณาสื่อการสอนต่างๆในหลักสูตรปัจจุบันพบว่าไม่เอื้อต่อการพัฒนาความสามารถในการคิดวิเคราะห์ปัญหาการจัดการพัสดุคงคลังในสถานการณ์จริง ดังนั้นจึงเกิดเป็นงานวิจัยนี้ขึ้นเพื่อนำเสนอรูปแบบการเรียนรู้ (Learning Framework : LF) รูปแบบการเรียนรู้เป็นเครื่องมือทางความคิดที่นำเสนอแนวทางการคิดวิเคราะห์ปัญหาการจัดการสินค้าคงคลังอย่างเป็นระบบ พร้อมตัวอย่างการประยุกต์ใช้รูปแบบการเรียนรู้คิดวิเคราะห์ปัญหาจากสถานการณ์จริงในรูปแบบของกรณีศึกษาต่างๆ ที่เรียกว่า Learning Package (LP) สมมติฐานในการพัฒนางานวิจัยนี้ตั้งอยู่บนพื้นฐานที่ว่าผู้ใช้งานมีความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับการบริหารพัสดุคงคลังมาก่อน LF และ LP ถูกพัฒนาขึ้นบนความเชื่อที่ว่าหากนิสิตหรือผู้ที่สนใจได้นำไปศึกษาหรือใช้งานซ้ำๆ จะช่วยพัฒนากระบวนคิดวิเคราะห์ปัญหาการจัดการพัสดุคงคลังในสถานการณ์จริงให้กับนิสิตหรือผู้ที่สนใจได้ นอกจากนี้รูปแบบการเรียนรู้ที่นำเสนอได้ดึงเอาแนวคิดเชิงระบบ, แนวคิดของทฤษฏีการเกสตัลท์, แนวคิดทฤษฏีการเรียนรู้อย่างมีความหมาย และแนวคิดทฤษฏีการสร้างความรู้ด้วยตนเอง มาประยุกต์ใช้เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการเรียนรู้ที่จะช่วยส่งเสริมการพัฒนาความสามารถการคิดวิเคราะห์ปัญหาได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น งานวิจัยนี้ได้พัฒนากรณีศึกษาการจัดการพัสดุคงคลัง 3 รายการ ได้แก่ กรณีศึกษาการออกแบบระบบบริหารการจัดซื้อวัสดุนำเข้า, กรณีศึกษาการปรับปรุงการวางแผนแปรรูปกระดาษทิชชู่ และกรณีศึกษาการวางแผนจัดเตรียมอุปกรณ์เพื่อรองรับงานปฏิบัติการในโครงข่ายธุรกิจร้านกาแฟและเบเกอรี่ กรณีศึกษารายการที่ 1 ได้ถูกนำไปทดลองใช้งานกับนิสิตหลักสูตรวิทยาศาสตร์มหาบัณฑิต ภาคนอกเวลาราชการ ที่ผ่านการเรียนการสอนในรายวิชาระบบสินค้าและสินค้าคงคลัง ผู้ใช้งานส่วนใหญ่ให้ความเห็นว่ารูปแบบการเรียนรู้ที่ได้นำเสนอช่วยสร้างเสริมความสามารถในการประยุกต์ใช้องค์ความรู้และช่วยส่งเสริมการคิดอย่างเป็นระบบได้ในระดับดี

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

This thesis arises due to the fact that students are unable to analyze problems that are related to inventory management because they are lack of experience in solving real-life problems. These problems are more complicated than examples that are given in the classroom and cannot be completely covered. However, when looking from another perspective, it is considered that available learning tools do not provide much support for students to improve their analytic abilities. Therefore, this study introduces a learning framework (LF) that helps solve the problems. The LF provides a guideline for systematic analysis of inventory problems with application examples in several cases called Learning Package (LP). The development of this thesis is based on assumptions that users have fundamental knowledge about inventory management beforehand. Repeated use of the LF and LP is believed to help improve analytic skills on real-life inventory problems. Moreover, the LF has implemented learnings theories to help develop the package efficiently such as Systems Approach, Cognitivist, and Constructivism. This thesis proposes three case studies of inventory management i.e. Design of Purchasing Management System for Imported Materials, Improvement of Tissue Paper Conversion Planning, and Equipment Planning Model for Coffee and Bakery Shop. The first case study is employed by part-time graduates in Master of Science, who had passed the course Warehousing and Inventory Systems. The result showed that most users agreed that the learning framework essentially promotes the ability to apply knowledge into practical problems and helps in systematic thinking.
