Abstract
วิทยานิพนธ์นี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำเสนอวิธีการเฝ้าสังเกตการพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์โดยใช้รายงานการทำงานและแผนงานโครงการ และพัฒนาเครื่องมือเพื่อสนับสนุนแนวความคิด โดยการนำรายงานการทำงานของผู้ปฏิบัติงานมาเปรียบเทียบกับข้อมูลผลิตภัณฑ์งานที่ผู้ปฏิบัติงานทำได้จริง เพื่อเฝ้าสังเกตความก้าวหน้าของโครงการในแต่ละช่วงเวลา การใช้ข้อมูลผลิตภัณฑ์งานมาตรวจสอบรายงานการทำงานทำให้สามารถเฝ้าสังเกตความก้าวหน้าของโครงการได้ทุกกิจกรรมตามแผนงานโครงการ ณ เวลาที่ต้องการได้ จากนั้นจึงเปรียบเทียบรายงานการทำงานกับแผนงานโครงการ เพื่อตรวจสอบและแสดงรายการงานที่มีแนวโน้มว่าจะไม่สำเร็จตามแผนงานโครงการที่กำหนดให้ผู้จัดการโครงการได้รับทราบ และช่วยผู้จัดการโครงการในการจัดสรรทรัพยากรที่เหมาะสมเพื่อให้ผู้จัดการโครงการได้ปรับปรุงแก้ไขแผนงานใหม่เพื่อให้โครงการประสบผลสำเร็จจากการทดลองใช้เครื่องมือในการเฝ้าสังเกตการพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์ ผลปรากฏว่าเครื่องมือสามารถเฝ้าสังเกตแผนงานโครงการ และแสดงรายการงานที่มีแนวโน้มว่าจะไม่สำเร็จตามแผนงานโครงการที่กำหนดให้ผู้จัดการโครงการได้รับทราบและช่วยผู้จัดการโครงการในการปรับปรุงแผนงานโครงการให้สำเร็จทันตามกำหนดเวลาได้
Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)
This thesis, we propose an approach for monitoring software development using timesheets and project plans to develop a supporting tool. This proposed approach can monitor progress of a project by comparing between the staff’s timesheet and the staff’s actual work products, and then list the tasks when task’s performance deviates from the project plan on each period of time to the project managers. The supporting tool can assist the project managers to allocate the appropriate staffs to complete the project.The test results of the supporting tool confirm that the tool can monitor the project plan and list the tasks when task’s performance deviates from the project plan to the project managers and assist the project managers to edit the project plan to complete the project on time.
