Abstract

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์การบริโภคพลังงานของอุตสาหกรรมอโลหะในช่วงปี พ.ศ. 2546-2548 และจัดทำระบบฐานข้อมูลสำหรับการวิเคราะห์การเปลี่ยนแปลงการบริโภคพลังงานของอุตสาหกรรมอโลหะ ซึ่งประกอบไปด้วยอุตสาหกรรมปูนซีเมนต์ อุตสาหกรรมแก้วและกระจก และอุตสาหกรรมเซรามิก ขั้นตอนการวิเคราะห์การบริโภคพลังงาน เริ่มต้นจากการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลของแต่ละอุตสาหกรรม จากนั้นทำการศึกษาดัชนีที่เหมาะสมในการนำมาวิเคราะห์ และได้เลือกใช้ดัชนีดิวิเซียค่าเฉลี่ยลอการิทึม (Logarithm Mean Divisia Index, LMDI) เป็นดัชนีสำหรับการวิเคราะห์ โดยกำหนดปัจจัยในการวิเคราะห์ ได้แก่ ปัจจัยระดับการผลิต ปัจจัยโครงสร้างการผลิต และปัจจัยความเข้มพลังงาน จากนั้นทำการวิเคราะห์แบบพิจารณาเป็นช่วงเวลา โดยใช้ข้อมูลของปี พ.ศ. 2546 เป็นปีฐานในการวิเคราะห์ ผลการวิเคราะห์การบริโภคพลังงานของอุตสาหกรรมอโลหะ ในภาพรวมสามารถสรุปได้ว่า อุตสาหกรรมอโลหะมีการบริโภคพลังงานเพิ่มขึ้นในปี พ.ศ. 2547 และ 2548 อย่างต่อเนื่องคิดเป็นร้อยละ 5.32 และ 11.98 ตามลำดับ ซึ่งการบริโภคพลังงานที่เพิ่มขึ้นนี้ เกิดจากปัจจัยระดับการผลิตที่เพิ่มขึ้นเป็นหลัก ส่วนปัจจัยโครงสร้างการผลิตมีผลให้เกิดการบริโภคพลังงานเพิ่มขึ้นเพียงเล็กน้อย ในขณะที่ปัจจัยความเข้มพลังงานนั้น กลับส่งผลให้เกิดการบริโภคพลังงานลดลง เนื่องจากการวิเคราะห์การบริโภคพลังงานมีขั้นตอนที่ซับซ้อน จึงได้ออกแบบและจัดทำระบบฐานข้อมูลสำหรับการวิเคราะห์การบริโภคพลังงานที่เหมาะสม โดยสามารถวิเคราะห์การบริโภคพลังงาน วิเคราะห์ความเข้มพลังงาน และวิเคราะห์ความยืดหยุ่น/สัมประสิทธิ์พลังงาน ซึ่งจะช่วยให้การวิเคราะห์หาสาเหตุของการเปลี่ยนแปลงปริมาณการบริโภคพลังงานสะดวกและรวดเร็วมากขึ้น.

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

This thesis aims to analyze energy consumption of non-metallic industry during 2003-2006 and prepare database management system for analyzing trend of energy consumption of non-metallic industry, especially cement, glass and ceramic industry. Energy consumption data of the interested industry is initially collected for setting out the suitable index. Logarithm Mean Divisia Index (LMDI) is orderly selected to use as the main index of energy consumption analysis. Important factors relating to the study include production level, production structure, and energy intensity. Time period analysis is used for finding out significant energy consumption information, based on the 2003 energy consumption data. The analysis shows that non-metallic industry, especially the interested factories, has increasingly consumed energy in 2004 and 2005 by 5.32% and 11.98%, respectively. The main factor influencing energy consumption is the higher of production level. The production structure has a small impact to the increasing of energy consumption. Nonetheless, the energy intensity is likely to influence the lower energy consumption. According to the complex and huge of relevant information of energy consumption analysis, the study has developed database management system for collecting and analyzing, for energy consumption, energy intensity, and energy elasticity/coefficiency. This may benefit researchers and practitioners employing the system to monitor and manage the energy consumption of their specific areas more effectively and conveniently.
