Abstract

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ ออกแบบระบบสารสนเทศสำหรับสนับสนุนการลงทะเบียนผู้ป่วยการจองการทำหัตถการ การจำหน่ายผู้ป่วยและการคิดค่ารักษาภายในโรงพยาบาลขนาดเล็กหรือขนาดกลาง ให้สามารถรองรับกระบวนงานพื้นฐานของระบบได้ ผลลัพธ์ของงานวิจัยฉบับนี้คือ แนวคิดและขั้นตอนในการดำเนินงานของระบบ โดยแบ่งหน้าที่การทำงานหลักเพื่อรองรับระบบงานออกเป็น 7 ส่วนได้แก่ 1) เวชระเบียน ครอบคลุมกระบวนการในการทำงานด้านการลงทะเบียนผู้ป่วยและจัดการประวัติผู้ป่วยเบื้องต้น 2) การจัดตารางการทำงาน ใช้สำหรับการจัดตารางการทำงานของจุดบริการและบุคลากร 3) การกำหนดประเภทบริการ เพื่อระบุขอบเขตในการให้บริการของโรงพยาบาลและกำหนดความสามารถในการให้บริการของจุดบริการและบุคลากร 4) การจองการทำหัตถการ ใช้สำหรับการหาช่วงเวลาที่สามารถนัดหมายได้ในระบบ 5) การจำหน่ายผู้ป่วย ใช้สำหรับการจัดการลำดับของผู้ป่วยเพื่อเข้ารับบริการในจุดบริการ 6) การคิดค่ารักษา ใช้สำหรับคิดค่าบริการ ค่าที่พักรักษา ค่าเวชภัณฑ์และค่ายาของผู้ป่วยที่เข้ามารับบริการ 7) การติดตามผู้ป่วย เพื่อตรวจสอบรายละเอียดการรับบริการของผู้ป่วย เครื่องมือหลักในการพัฒนางานวิจัยฉบับนี้ ใช้แนวคิดในการออกแบบระบบเชิงวัตถุ (Object Oriented) และใช้เครื่องมือ UML (Unified Modeling Language) ซึ่งประกอบไปด้วย Use Case Diagram, แผนผังกระบวนการทำงาน, State Chart Diagram, Class Diagram, Data Dictionary และ Method การทำงาน งานวิจัยฉบับนี้สามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้กับโรงพยาบาลขนาดเล็กหรือขนาดกลาง โดยประโยชน์ของระบบประกอบไปด้วย พัฒนากระบวนงานให้เป็นระบบมากยิ่งขึ้น, เพิ่มความถูกต้องมากยิ่งขึ้น, เพิ่มความสามารถในการให้บริการและเพิ่มความพอใจให้กับผู้ป่วยในการเข้ารับบริการได้มากขึ้นด้วย

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The objective of this research is to develop an information system to support patient register, dispatching and billing system in small and medium size hospital to support basic operation of patient registration, dispatching and billing The results of the research are system concept and design. The system has seven main functions. "Medical Record" function covers about patient registration process and patient profile management. "Scheduling" is used for work scheduling of service points and operators. "Service Type" defines the boundary of services in hospital and the capabilities of service points and operators. "Appointment and Reservation" is for finding available time for appointment of reservation. "Dispatching" is for managing queues of patients at service points. "Billing" is for calculating costs of service types, medical supplies, bad fees and prescriptions. Last by, "Patient Tracking" is for monitoring service details of patients in hospital. Object Oriented concept and UML (Unified Modeling Language) are main development tools in this research. UML consists of Use Case Diagram, Business Process, State Chart Diagram. Class Diagram, Sequence Diagram, Data Dictionary and Method Description. This system may be applied to small and medium-sized hospitals. Its benefits include more systematic operation, improved accuracy, increased service capability and increased patients’ satisfaction.
