Abstract

วิทยานิพนธ์ฉบับนี้ได้ศึกษากระบวนการจัดการข้อมูลผลิตภัณฑ์ในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิต ซึ่งอุตสาหกรรมที่ได้สนใจนั้น มีลักษณะของผลิตภัณฑ์ที่มีโครงการสร้างซับซ้อนหรือส่วนประกอบซับซ้อน เช่น เครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้า และอุปกรณ์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ในงานวิจัยนี้ได้ออกแบบกระบวนงานในการจัดการข้อมูลเริ่มต้นตั้งแต่การจัดการข้อมูลชิ้นส่วนและผลิตภัณฑ์ในระบบ, การสั่งผลิต ดำเนินการผลิต จัดเก็บ และเบิกจ่าย เพื่อแก้ปัญหาความผิดพลาดของข้อมูล เนื่องมาจากข้อมูลซ้ำซ้อน และการใช้ร่วมกันของข้อมูล รวมทั้งความยุ่งยากในการตรวจสอบหาที่มาของพัสดุและผลิตภัณฑ์ โดยใช้แนวคิดการรวบรวมข้อมูลผลิตภัณฑ์ไว้ด้วยกัน และการเชื่อมโยงข้อมูลให้สามารถตรวจสอบกลับถึงที่มาและประวัติการผลิตได้ การออกแบบกระบวนงานในการจัดการข้อมูลผลิตภัณฑ์ได้ใช้แนวคิดเชิง โดยใช้เครื่องมือในการวิเคราะห์และออกแบบระบบด้วยภาษา UML การดำเนินงานวิจัยเริ่มจากการศึกษาปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นจากดำเนินงานกับข้อมูลผลิตภัณฑ์ภายในองค์กร วิเคราะห์ถึงสาเหตุของปัญหาและความต้องการใช้งานข้อมูลผลิตภัณฑ์สำหรับผู้ใช้ เพื่อนำไปออกแบบโครงสร้างและความสัมพันธ์ของข้อมูลผลิตภัณฑ์ เพื่อให้รองรับกับการดำเนินการภายในองค์กร รวมทั้งการออกแบบกระบวนงานจัดการข้อมูลผลิตภัณฑ์ นำไปทดสอบการใช้งานเพื่อตรวจสอบความถูกต้องและประเมินการใช้งาน โดยใช้วิธีจำลองสถานการณ์ต่างๆ ผ่านระบบ (Walk Through) และสัมภาษณ์ผู้เกี่ยวข้อง ผลที่ได้จากการออกแบบระบบการจัดการข้อมูลผลิตภัณฑ์สามารถบ่งชี้ถึงผลิตภัณฑ์ในระดับลอตและหน่วยย่อยได้ตามนโยบายการบ่งชี้ เพื่อให้สามารถตรวจสอบกลับถึงประวัติของผลิตภัณฑ์รวมทั้งสามารถจัดการการเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวผลิตภัณฑ์ สามารถแสดงถึงผลกระทบที่อาจจะเกิดขึ้นจากการเปลี่ยนแปลง ช่วยลดปัญหาในการดำเนินงานที่เกิดจากใช้ข้อมูลผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ผิดพลาด อีกทั้งยังสามารถติดตามผลของการเปลี่ยนแปลงจากผู้ใช้งาน เพื่อนำไปใช้ในการปรับปรุงผลิตภัณฑ์ต่อไป นอกจากนั้นระบบยังมีความยืดหยุ่นสามารถปรับใช้ในอุตสาหกรรมประเภทอื่นได้ โดยอาจจะต้องปรับลดขั้นตอน, หน้าจอการทำงาน หรือข้อมูล เพื่อให้เข้ากับการทำงานในแต่ละอุตสาหกรรม

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The objective of this thesis is to business process and develop an information system to support product data management for many industries that have complicated components and complex product structures such as automotive industries and electronics industries. This system manages product data during production and storage phase after finishing the design and development phase. This research is designed for reducing problems, from duplicated data in the system and difficulties in integrity constraints. It also aims to ease for traceability. Objected Oriented concept and Unified Modeling Language are the main development tools to analyze and design product data management system. Methodology of this research consist of studying process for managing data in organization, analyzing and identifying problems and requirements of users, designing the structure of data and relationship of data and validating the model by walking through the system and interviewing the specialists. The results of research are to identify product in lot or each unit of measurement and trace back the history of product including supplier and production detail. This system helps to manage product configuration and also shows the effect of configuration, It helps to monitor the feedback of products in the usage phase that can be used for product development. Moreover, the system is flexible for other industries by reducing some procedures or information in the business process, adapting some user interfaces for compatible usage in each industry.
