Abstract

เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการผลิตภายในโรงงาน โดยเริ่มจากการศึกษาสภาพทั่วไปของโรงงาน ศึกษาปัญหาและสาเหตุของปัญหา จากการศึกษาพบว่ามีปัญหาอยู่ด้วยกัน 2 อย่างคือ ปัญหาอัตราการใช้งานเครื่องจักรต่ำและปัญหาเครื่องจักรเสียบ่อย โดยมีสาเหตุของปัญหามาจากเครื่องจักรขาดการบำรุงรักษาอย่างต่อเนื่องมาเป็นระยะเวลานาน พนักงานขาดความรู้ความเข้าใจในการบำรุงรักษาการใช้งานเครื่อง และสาเหตุจากฝุ่นละอองความสกปรกและความไม่เป็นระเบียบในการจัดวางอุปกรณ์การผลิต ดังนั้นจึงได้เสนอแนวทางการแก้ไขโดยจัดทำระบบบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกันมาใช้เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาในโรงงานรวมเป็นหลัก และนำเสนอให้มีการจัดฝึกอบรมแก่พนักงาน และทำ 5 ส หลังการพัฒนาระบบแล้วพบว่า เวลาการเปิดเครื่องทำงานจริงโดยเฉลี่ยของเครื่องปั่นสีและเครื่องบดสีมีค่าเพิ่มขึ้นเท่ากับ 173 ชั่วโมง หรือคิดเป็น 16.02% และ 165 ชั่วโมงหรือคิดเป็น 12.50% ของแผนตามลำดับ เวลาเครื่องเสียหรือขัดข้องโดยเฉลี่ยของเครื่องปั่นสี เครื่องปั่นสีโป้วและเครื่องบดสีมีค่าลดลงเท่ากับ 191 ชั่วโมง หรือคิดเป็น 53.80%, 27 ชั่วโมงหรือคิดเป็น 57.45% และ 398 ชั่วโมงหรือคิดเป็น 52.58% ของแผนตามลำดับ จำนวนที่ผลิตได้โดยเฉลี่ยเปรียบเทียบกับแผนการผลิตของแต่ละเดือนเพิ่มขึ้นจากเดิม 102.88 Batch หรือคิดเป็น 4.68% และค่า Utilization ที่เพิ่มขึ้นมีค่าเป็น 234.58 Batch หรือคิดเป็น 54.11% ของแผนการผลิต

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

To improve efficiency in a refinished paint factory. The research starts with looking in general circumstances, studies problems and finds root causes by using cause and effect diagram. From the study, it is found that 2 major problems are low rate of machine available time and high rate of machine downtime. Root cause mainly due to the lack of labor skill and machines breakdown. Thus, the solutions to these problems are preventive maintenance labor training and 5S. As a result, rate of machine available time in dispersing machine and mill machine increases 173 hrs or 16.02% and 165 hrs or 12.50% of plan. Machine downtime in dispersing machine putty dispersing machine and mill machine reduces 191 hrs or 53.80%, 27 hrs or 57.45% and 398 hrs or 52.58% of plan. Production and utilization increase 102.88 batches or 4.68% and 234.58 batches or 54.11% of production plan.
