Abstract

งานวิจัยฉบับนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อทำการปรับปรุงดัชนีชี้วัดสมรรถนะหลักของหน่วยงานสายการผลิตภายในโรงงานผลิตยางรถยนต์ โดยใช้วิธีการประเมินแบบดุลยภาพ (Balance Scorecard BSC) สืบเนื่องมาจากดัชนีชี้วัดสมรรถนะหลักของแต่ละหน่วยงาน ขาดการปรับปรุงให้เหมาะสมตามกาลเวลา ขาดความหลากหลายในแต่ละมุมมอง และรวมไปถึงขาดการที่จะให้พนักงานระดับกลางมีส่วนร่วมในการกำหนดตัวชี้วัดของหน่วยงานตนเอง ขั้นตอนการศึกษาวิจัยการปรับปรุงดัชนีชี้วัดสมรรถนะหลักโดยใช้วิธีการประเมินแบบดุลยภาพ ประกอบไปด้วย 5 ขั้นตอน 1) เริ่มจากขั้นตอนการเตรียมงาน จัดทำและชี้แจงโครงการ 2) การวิเคราะห์สภาพแวดล้อมภายในและภายนอกองค์กร (SWOT Analysis) เพื่อกำหนดปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จ (critical Success Factor) ขององค์กร 3) การจัดสร้างตัวชี้วัดพร้อมนิยามโดยสมาชิกของแต่ละหน่วยงาน 4) ทำการประเมินความเหมาะสมจาก OS Matrix และคัดสรรตัวชี้วัดสมรรถนะโดยอาศัยหลักการของ criteria Testing Matrix 5) การจัดสร้างตารางสรุปตัวชี้วัดสมรรถนะการดำเนินงาน (Key Performance Indicator) โดยดูจากตัวชี้วัดที่มีคะแนนสูงสุดใน 3 อันดับแรกของแต่ละมุมมองในแต่ละหน่วยงาน ภายหลังจากการดำเนินงานปรับปรุงดัชนีชี้วัดสมรรถนะหลักโดยใช้วิธีการประเมินแบบดุลยภาพ จะทำให้ได้มาซึ่งตัวชี้วัดใหม่ ที่มีความสอดคล้องกับวิสัยทัศน์ และแผนการดำเนินธุรกิจในยุคปัจจุบันขององค์กรมากขึ้น โดยตัวชี้วัดใหม่นี้มีความสมบูรณ์ทั้ง 4 มุมมองตามหลักการของ Balance Scorecard ซึ่งนำมาสู่การพัฒนาอย่างต่อเนื่องขององค์กร นอกจากนี้ทางผู้ศึกษาได้จัดทำบัญชีรายละเอียดของตัวชี้วัดทั้งหมด พร้อมนำเสนอระบบการติดตามผลที่สามารถจะนำไปใช้ได้จริง รวมไปถึงตัวอย่างของปัญหา อุปสรรค แนวทางแก้ไข และข้อเสนอแนะ ซึ่งจากผลการดำเนินงานวิจัย จะเห็นว่าผู้จัดทำได้มีการบรรลุวัตถุประสงค์และประโยชน์ที่คาดว่าจะได้รับจากงานวิจัยฉบับนี้อย่างสมบูรณ์เรียบร้อยแล้ว

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The objectives of this research were to improve the key performance indicators (KPIs) in a tire manufacturing process based on balance scorecard concept. Due to the existing KPIs in each manufacturing unit had the lack of updating improvement, lack of variety of dimension and lack of middle management involving to define their performance indicators. The process of improving of key performance indicators (KPIs) based on balance scorecard concept was separated in 5 steps as followed : 1) Prepare and establish project team member 2) SWOT Analysis defining the company Critical Success Factor (CSF) 3) Determine the own necessary key performance indicators with the definition 4) Evaluate indicators with OS matrix and select which be used in their unit by Criteria Testing Matrix 5) Create the key performance indicators table by selecting. The 3 highest score of each perspective and each manufacturing unit. After improving the process of key performance indicators based on balance scorecard concept, our new key performance indicators correspond to the vision and existing business plan. The 4 perspectives of KPI's bring to continuous improvement. In additional, overall KPIs list has created and proposed the realized follow up system Moreover, the example of the problems, obstacles, solutions and proposals was defined. Finally, the objective and benefits were achieved by this study
