Abstract

ศึกษาการวัดและสร้างระบบการวัดสมรรถนะการผลิต สำหรับการจัดการระดับกลางของอุตสาหกรรมย้อมด้าย การดำเนินงานเริ่มจากการสร้างโครงสร้างกิจกรรมของระบบการผลิตผลิตภัณฑ์หลากหลายรุ่น โดยอาศัยหลัก IDEF0 และนำโครงสร้างนั้นไปหากิจกรรมที่ส่งผลต่อการผลิตและตัวชี้วัดของกิจกรรมนั้น ด้วยวิธีการประเมินจากแบบสอบถามจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญสองกลุ่มคือ กลุ่มของผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่เป็นผู้จัดการระดับกลาง และกลุ่มของผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่มีประสบการณ์เป็นที่ปรึกษาในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมการผลิต ที่มีผลิตภัณฑ์หลากหลายรุ่น โดยจะเป็นการให้น้ำหนักความคิดเห็นทั้งสองกลุ่มเท่ากัน หลังจากนั้นนำกิจกรรมและตัวชี้วัดของกิจกรรมนั้นมาสอบถามผู้เชี่ยวชาญอีกสองกลุ่มคือ กลุ่มของผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่เป็นผู้จัดการระดับกลางในโรงงานย้อมด้ายตัวอย่าง และกลุ่มของผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่มีประสบการณ์เป็นที่ปรึกษาในอุตสาหกรรมย้อมด้าย เพื่อหาความสำคัญของกิจกรรม และตัวชี้วัดของกิจกรรมนั้นตามวิธีเทคนิคของการลำดับชั้นเชิงวิเคราะห์ แล้วนำระบบตัวชี้วัดสมรรถนะที่ได้ไปประยุกต์ใช้จริงในโรงงานย้อมด้ายตัวอย่าง ผลจากการวิจัยจะพบว่า ระบบตัวชี้วัดที่มีการพัฒนาขึ้น จะมีความยืดหยุ่นในการปรับเพื่อประยุกต์ใช้กับอุตสาหกรรมหลากหลายรุ่นได้ เพราะในการพัฒนาตัวชี้วัดนี้ได้มีการแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ส่วนคือ การหากิจกรรมและตัวชี้วัดของกิจกรรมนั้นของการจัดการระดับกลางของอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตผลิตภัณฑ์หลากหลายรุ่น ส่วนที่สองคือการหาความสำคัญของแต่ละกิจกรรมและตัวชี้วัดของกิจกรรมนั้นในอุตสาหกรรมย้อมด้าย การแยกประเภทของโครงสร้างกิจกรรมตามขอบเขตความรับผิดชอบและการประสานงานเป็นหลัก จะทำให้ทราบถึงแนวทางปรับปรุงกระบวนการผลิตได้อย่างชัดเจนว่า กิจกรรมไหนที่ต้องอาศัยความร่วมมือระหว่างหน่วยงานภายนอกหรือภายในหน่วยงาน การแบ่งมุมมองของตัวชี้วัดออกเป็น 4 กลุ่มคือ ด้านประสิทธิภาพ ด้านประสิทธิผล ด้านผลิตภาพ ด้านการเรียนรู้ ซึ่งจะทำให้สามารถมองตัวชี้วัดได้อย่างเป็นระบบและชัดเจนมากขึ้น

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

To analyze and create a performance measurement for middle level management in a yarn dyeing industry. The functional structure of production management system was created according to IDEF0. The activities and performance measurement indicators were then created the functional structure which was subsequently evaluated by two groups of experts consisting of middle level management of multiple product model industries and scholastic industrial experts, each given equal importance. Activities and their performance measurement indicators derived from this process were then evaluated by analytical hierarchy process by two other groups of experts comprised of middle level management of yarn dying factories and scholastic yarn dyeing industrial experts. The performance measurement was later implemented in a selected yarn dyeing factory. The research itself was separated in two parts, the first part being the development of a functional structure and their performance indicators. Another part was activities and their measurement indicators scoring system for yarn dyeing factory. The created functional structure based on management responsibility is viewed as a practical tool to aid the middle management in both establishing a guideline of required obligations and show the department’s connection with other sectors within manufacturing process. The measurement indicators were separated into four groups, namely: efficiency, effectiveness, productivity and learning. We found that the developed performance system was flexible and could be use for application in other multiple product model industries.
