Abstract

วิทยานิพนธ์นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อหาแนวทางการเพิ่มอัตราผลผลิต ในสายการบรรจุแชมพูและ ลดผลิตภัณฑ์บกพร่องที่เกิดขึ้น ขั้นตอนวิธีการศึกษาเริ่มจากการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการผลิตในอดีตเป็นเวลา 6 เดือน แล้ววิเคราะห์ปัญหาโดยใช้แผนภูมิพาเรโตในการพิจารณาคัดเลือกสาเหตุหลักของปัญหา และใช้ 5 Why ในการวิเคราะห์หาสาเหตุหลักของปัญหาที่แท้จริงจึงกำหนดแผนการ และปฏิบัติตามแนวทางปรับปรุง จากการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ปัญหาที่ทำให้เกิดการหยุดของสายการผลิตใหญ่ มี 3 สาเหตุคือ เครื่องจักรขัดข้อง การปรับเปลี่ยนขนาดของบรรจุภัณฑ์ และการล้างเครื่องบรรจุน้ำแชมพู (2) แนวทางการลดการขัดข้องของเครื่องจักรด้วยการกำหนดมาตรฐานการตรวจสอบ การทำความสะอาดและการหล่อลื่นเครื่องจักร โดยกำหนดให้พนักงานนำไปปฏิบัติในการทำงานประจำวัน และรวมถึงการจัดสรรงานให้กับพนักงานควบคุมเครื่องจักรเพื่อช่วยลดเวลาในการตั้งค่าเครื่องจักรและการล้างเครื่องจักร นอกจากนี้ยังได้เสนอแนวทางในการลดของเสีย ที่เกิดจากกระบวนการบรรจุแชมพูอีกด้วย (3) ภายหลังจากการปรับปรุงพบว่า อัตราผลผลิตเฉลี่ยของสายการบรรจุแชมพูเพิ่มจาก 1.68 เป็น 1.79 ลูกบาศก์เมตรต่อชั่วโมงสายการผลิต สำหรับขนาด 200 ml และอัตราผลผลิตเฉลี่ยของสายการบรรจุแชมพูเพิ่มจาก 2.58 เป็น 2.83 ลูกบาศก์เมตรต่อชั่วโมงสายการผลิต สำหรับขนาด 400 ml และสามารถลดการสูญเสียจากวัตถุดิบลงจาก 0.66% เป็น 0.35% โดยสามารถประหยัดได้เฉลี่ยถึง 628,003 บาทต่อเดือน

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The aim of the thesis was to improve productivity for shampoo packing line and reduce material loss from process packing line. The step of study was to collect and analyse the past 6 months data records. The technique of Pareatou was applied to select main problems. The 5 why technique was used to verify the causes of problems. The study was found that (1) the 3-main problems of production line were machine breakdown | line set up time and line cleaning time. (2) The work had proposed the action plans to improve line productivity by developing the inspection standard for capper and labeller machine to reduce machine breakdown, and also proposed new process procedure for line set up and line packing cleaning by adding technician from other line to assist the works. Finally, the action plan of material loss reduction was performed. (3) The results of implementation showed significantly improvement by the line productivity of 200 ml of shampoo size was increased from 1.68 to 1.79 m3/line hr, line productivity of 400 ml of shampoo size was increased from 2.58 to 2.83 m3/line hr, and therefore the raw materials loss were decreased from 0.66% to 0.35% or saved the cost by 628,003 baht/month.
