Abstract

ศึกษาปัญหาการใช้พื้นที่ของโรงงานผลิตกล่องกระดาษตัวอย่าง และวิเคราะห์เสนอทางเลือกโดยใช้การตัดสินใจแบบพหุเกณฑ์ (Multi-Criteria Decision-Making) ที่สามารถใช้ในการตัดสินใจที่เกี่ยวกับเกณฑ์การตัดสินใจทั้งแบบตีค่าเป็นเงินได้ และตีค่าเป็นเงินไม่ได้ นอกจากนี้จะใช้วิธีกระบวนการลำดับชั้นเชิงวิเคราะห์ มาประยุกต์ใช้ในการเลือกผังโรงงานที่เหมาะสม จากการศึกษาพบว่า มีปัญหาการใช้พื้นที่การจัดเก็บวัตถุดิบและพื้นที่การผลิตไม่มีประสิทธิภาพ รวมทั้ง ปัญหาด้านการวางผังโรงงานไม่เหมาะสม ในงานวิจัยนี้จะศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลกระทบต่อการเลือกผังโรงงาน โดยการกำหนดเกณฑ์การตัดสินใจนั้นจะพิจารณาถึงความครบถ้วน การใช้งานได้ การแยกย่อยได้ ความไม่ซับซ้อน และจำนวนของเกณฑ์ที่เหมาะสม พบว่าเกณฑ์ที่ใช้ในการตัดสินใจประกอบด้วย การใช้เนื้อที่ให้เป็นประโยชน์ การไหลของวัสดุมีประสิทธิภาพ ระยะทางการเคลื่อนที่ต่ำสุด ความคล่องตัวในการเคลื่อนย้าย สภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงาน ความสามารถในการผลิต ลักษณะรูปร่าง ค่านิยมและความยอมรับ สำหรับทางเลือกที่จะผ่านการกลั่นกรองเบื้องต้นถึงความเหมาะสมที่จะใช้เป็นทางเลือกประกอบด้วย ผังโรงงาน 4 แบบ ในการวิจัยจะนำปัจจัยและทางเลือกมาพัฒนาเป็นรูปแบบโครงสร้างลำดับชั้น เพื่อใช้เลือกผังโรงงานที่เหมาะสม แล้วรวบรวมข้อมูลการตัดสินใจที่เกี่ยวข้อง พบว่าผู้ตัดสินใจให้ความสำคัญกับปัจจัยการใช้เนื้อที่ให้เป็นประโยชน์เป็นอันดับที่หนึ่ง ปัจจัยด้านการไหลของวัสดุมีประสิทธิภาพเป็นอันดับสอง ปัจจัยด้านระยะทางการเคลื่อนที่ต่ำสุดเป็นอันดับสาม ปัจจัยด้านความสามารถในการผลิตเป็นอันดับสี่ ปัจจัยด้านลักษณะ รูปร่าง ค่านิยมและความยอมรับ เป็นอันดับห้า ปัจจัยด้านความคล่องตัวในการเคลื่อนย้ายเป็นอันดับหก และปัจจัยด้านสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงานเป็นอันดับสุดท้าย เมื่อพิจารณาน้ำหนักความสำคัญที่ผู้ตัดสินใจให้แก่ทางเลือกแล้ว พบว่าผังโรงงานแบบที่ 1 เหมาะสมที่สุด ผังโรงงงานแบบที่ 2 เป็นอันดับสอง ผังโรงงานแบบที่ 4 เป็นอันดับสาม และผังโรงงานแบบที่ 3 มีความเหมาะสมน้อยที่สุด

To study the space utilization problem in a paper carton factory in Thailand and to apply plant layout and design theories for analysis alternatives plant layouts by Multi Criteria Decision Making technique which will include both monetary and non-monetary related factors. Moreover, Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) technique is also used to choose suitable plant layout. The result of study reveals there exists to the problem of material storage areas, production areas and factory layout. The study comprises of factors affecting the layout selection and the decision criteria on the overall completeness, practicality decomposition non-duplication and the appropriate numbers of criteria. It is found that the main factors are space utilization, flow of material, short distance, easy to move, working environment, ability to produce, and appearance characteristic. The primary choices for layout suitability are concluded in 4 alternatives of plant layout In this research study, factors and selection choices are being employed to create a multi-level structure selection suitability plant layout and for the compilation of decision making data from people concerned. It is found that the decision maker give the weight on space utilization as the first, flow of material as the second, short distance as the third, ability to produce as the forth, appearance characteristic as the fifth, easy to move as the sixth, working environment as the last. From the choices cited, it can be pinpointed that the most suitable layout is plant layout alternative no. 1,plant layout no.2 as the second, plant layout no.4 as the third and the least suitable layout is plant layout no.3.
