Abstract

เรื่องต้นทุนคุณภาพเป็นเรื่องใหม่ที่คนสนใจกันมาก แต่การวิจัยและผลที่ได้จากการวิจัยเรื่องต้นทุนคุณภาพยังมีไม่มากโดยเฉพาะในประเทศไทย ดังนั้นงานวิจัยนี้จึงเป็นการทำวิจัยเรื่องต้นทุนคุณภาพเพื่อเป็นการตอบสนองต่อคนจำนวนมากที่ต้องการทำความเข้าใจกับต้นทุนคุณภาพให้มากขึ้น เพื่อเข้าใจว่าต้นทุนคุณภาพคืออะไรและจะนำไปใช้ให้เกิดประโยชน์ได้อย่างไร ขั้นตอนการวิจัยมีการหาค่าต้นทุนคุณภาพรวม นำค่าต้นทุนคุณภาพมายืนยันว่ามีความถูกต้อง หาค่าต้นทุนคุณภาพการผลิตต่อชิ้น และนำต้นทุนคุณภาพการผลิตต่อชิ้นมาเปรียบเทียบกับต้นทุนการผลิตต่อชิ้น เพื่อให้เห็นความแตกต่างของต้นทุนทั่วไปกับต้นทุนคุณภาพ ผลการวิจัยจะได้ต้นทุนคุณภาพรวมของโรงงาน, ต้นทุนคุณภาพการผลิตของโรงงาน และต้นทุนคุณภาพการผลิตต่อชิ้นของผลิตภัณฑ์ที่สนใจ ต้นทุนคุณภาพการผลิตต่อชิ้นของผลิตภัณฑ์เก้าอี้ ตู้ เตียง โต๊ะคือ 2741.73, 8533.31, 3674.10, 23782.18 บาท ตามลำดับ มีต้นทุนตรวจวัดอยู่ระหว่าง 0.21%-0.24% มีต้นทุนป้องกันอยู่ระหว่าง 0.34%-0.39% มีต้นทุนความผิดพลาดภายใน โรงงานระหว่าง 2.56%-2.98% มีต้นทุนความผิดพลาดภายนอกโรงงานระหว่าง0.96%-1.08% ประโยชน์ของงานวิจัยคืองานวิจัยมีการเสนอแนะข้อดีข้อเสียของการนำต้นทุนคุณภาพไปใช้ และงานวิจัยนี้ยังมีประโยชน์อีกประการคือเป็นตัวอย่างการนำต้นทุนคุณภาพไปใช้ในโรงงาน

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

Cost of quality (Coq) is a new topic that interests many people, but there are still not so many researches and results got from this topic, especially in Thailand. Therefore, this research has been done to fulfill the desire of those people wanting to understand more about the Coq, its meaning, and the right usage, as well. Processes of the research are as follows: finding the Coq of the factory, the analysis of Coq for verifying its rightness, finding Coq for producing each product, comparing between Coq and unit cost of product aim to distinguish the pros and the cons between them. The results got from this research are Coq of factory, Coq for production of factory, and Coq for producing each product: chairs, cupboards, beds, and tables, consecutively, as follows: 2741.73, 8533.31, 3674.10, 23782.18 bath, the appraisal costs are among 0.21 %-0. 24%, the prevention costs are among 0.34%-0. 39%, the internal failure costs are among 2.56%-2.98%, the external failure costs are among 0.96%-1.08%. The advantages of this research are getting the pros and the cons of the Coq, and being an example of the usage of the Coq applied in the factory.
