Abstract

วิทยานิพนธ์นี้ทำการศึกษาและพัฒนาอุปกรณ์ที่ใช้ในการยืดกระดูก สำหรับกระดูกใบหน้าส่วนกลาง และกระโหลดศีรษะส่วนหน้า ให้สามารถยืดขนายออกไปได้พร้อมกันในอุปกรณ์ชุดเดียวกัน โดยทำการศึกษาแนวทางในการพัฒนาและออกแบบจากอุปกรณ์ยืดกระดูกที่มีชื่อเรียกว่า Modular Internal Distraction (MID) system ซึ่งเป็นอุปกรณ์ยืดกระดูกที่นิยมใช้กันอยู่ในปัจจุบัน มีลักษณะเป็นอุปกรณ์ที่วางอยู่ใต้ชั้นผิวหนัง เพื่อเป็นแนวทางที่ใช้ในการผลิตอุปกรณ์ที่ใช้ในการยืดกระดูกใบหน้าส่วนกลางและกะโหลกศีรษะส่วนหน้าที่มีคุณภาพทัดเทียมหรือดีกว่าที่มีอยู่ อันจะนำไปสู่การพัฒนาเพื่อผลิตเป็นอุปกรณ์จริงสำหรับใช้รักษาผู้ป่วย รูปแบบของอุปกรณ์ที่ได้จะประกอบไปด้วย อุปกรณ์ยืดกระดูกชุดที่หนึ่งเพื่อทำการยืดกระโหลดศีรษะส่วนหน้า และอุปกรณ์ยืดกระดูกชุดที่สองเพื่อทำการยืดกระดูกใบหน้าส่วนกลาง โดยจะมีกลไกลเชื่อมต่อระหว่างอุปกรณ์ยืดกระดูก 2 ชุดนี้เข้าด้วยกัน มีลักษณะเป็นกลไกลแบบ ball join เพื่อที่จะสามารถปรับตำแหน่งและทิศทางของอุปกรณ์ยืดกระดูกชุดที่สองได้อย่างอิสระใน 3 ทิศทาง และจะมีก้านต่อโยงมาจากอุปกรณ์ยืดกระดูกชุดที่หนึ่ง เพื่อให้สามารถยืดกระดูกได้พร้อมกันในอุปกรณ์ชุดเดียวกัน โดยชุดของกลไกลเชื่อมต่อนี้จะอยู่นอกผิวหนังศีรษะ เพื่อทำการปรับตำแหน่งและทิศทางของอุปกรณ์ยืดกระดูก นั่นคืออุปกรณ์ยืดกระดูกที่ได้ทำการพัฒนาขึ้นมานี้ จะประกอบไปด้วยส่วนที่อยู่ภายในและภายนอกผิวหนังศีรษะ

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

This thesis is studying and development of distraction device for midface and frontal bone in frontofacial advancement. By studying approach in development and design from distraction device is called Modular Internal Distraction (MID) system which is widespread used in times, and to be type of internal device. For approach to manufacture distraction device for midface and frontofacial advancement which quality is equivalent to or better than the present. And lead to development for manufacture distraction device in clinic. Form of devices are consist of first distractor for distraction in frontal bone and second distractor for distraction in midface which have mechanism join between two distractors. It has characteristic in ball joint for adjust position and direction independent in 3 direction and have connect joint from first distractor for use in frontofacial advancement. Connect joint is external part for adjust position and direction of distraction devices. Distraction devices is developed consist of internal and external parts.
