Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อลดความสูญเสียการขัดข้องของอุปกรณ์ เครื่องจักร โดยการวิเคราะห์หาสาเหตุการขัดข้องของเครื่องจักรและจัดทำแผนการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกันและแผนการตรวจสอบอุปกรณ์ ซึ่งจากการศึกษาระบบการบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักรในปัจจุบันมีเพียงการซ่อมแซม เครื่องจักรหลังการขัดข้องเท่านั้น และไม่มีการจัดทำข้อมูลประวัติการขัดข้องของเครื่องจักร มาวิเคราะห์สาเหตุการขัดข้องของอุปกรณ์ เครื่องจักร จึงทำให้โรงงานสูญเสียการผลิต จากการศึกษาระบบการซ่อมบำรุงของโรงงาน พบว่า ยังขาดการวางแผนที่ดี การซ่อมแซมจะกระทำต่อเมื่อมีการชำรุดเสียหายของเครื่องจักร การประสานงานในการซ่อมบำรุงขาดประสิทธิภาพ การทำงานอาศัยความชำนาญและประสบการณ์ของบุคลากรในโรงงาน ทำให้ไม่มีการติดตามผลการปฏิบัติงานและการเก็บประวัติการซ่อมบำรุง อย่างเป็นระบบ การวิจัยนี้ได้นำระบบการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกันมาประยุกต์ใช้ โดย จัดทำระบบการวางแผนงานบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน การจัดวางระบบเอกสารงานบำรุงรักษา จากการประเมินผล โดยเปรียบเทียบผลจากระบบการซ่อมบำรุงเติม กับระบบการซ่อมบำรุงที่ได้ปรับปรุงแล้วพบว่า เวลาสูญเสียเฉลี่ยของเครื่องจักรในแผนกซ่อมบำรุงเครื่องกลภายหลังการปรับปรุง ลดน้อยลงจากเดิม 3.94% ของเวลาทำงานโรงงาน เป็น 3.58 % ของเวลาทำงานโรงงาน หรือลดลงคิดเป็น 9.04 % ของเวลาสูญเสียเฉลี่ยก่อนปรับปรุง และ % สัดส่วนค่าใช้จ่าย ด้านซ่อมบำรุงเฉลี่ย ลดลงจากเดิม 8.28 % ของค่าใช้จ่ายรวมทั้งโรงงานมาเป็น 7.34 % ของค่าใช้จ่ายรวมทั้งโรงงานหรือคิดเป็น11.33% ของ%สัดส่วนค่าใช้จ่ายก่อนปรับปรุง

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The objective of this study was to reduce the loss of machine-breakdown using preventive maintenance technique, The study had identified the causes of machine break-down and also performed preventive maintenance system. The maintenance system of the factory being a case study was found that the maintenance machine repair was emphasis on. Additionally machine and repairing history were not collected to analyze cause of machine break down. The maintenance cooperation was not efficient. The maintenance knowledge of factory based on the employees ' past experiences, which not had procedure and record of the machine maintenance. This study has applied Preventive Maintenance to the factory setting up maintenance planning system, and maintenance information system After studie period, it was found that the average of machine Loss Time by mechanical maintenance affter implement reduced from 3.94 to 3.58 % or 9.04 % decreasing of the existing | and maintenance cost after imprement also reduced from 8.28% to 7.34 % or 11.33 % decreasing of existing.
