Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมาย เพื่อออกแบบและพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์เพื่อเฝ้าติดตามสถานะและแก้ไขปัญหาขณะถ่ายโอนแฟ้มผ่านโมเด็ม โดยใช้เครื่องมือในการสร้างซอฟต์แวร์ชื่อวิชวลเบสิก ภายใต้ระบบปฏิบัติการวินโดวส์ ซึ่งประกอบด้วย 4 โมดูลคือ การถ่ายโอนแฟ้มและตรวจสอบสถานะการถ่ายโอนแฟ้มโดยใช้โพรโทคอลเอฟทีพี, การตรวจสอบสถานะการทำงานของโมเด็มได้แก่ การทดสอบการทำงานทางฮาร์ดแวร์ของโมเด็ม การทดสอบชุดคำสั่งควบคุมการทำงานของโมเด็มและการทดสอบรับส่งข้อมูลแบบวกกลับ, การควบคุมการทำงานของโมเด็มผ่านซอฟต์แวร์สื่อสาร Dial-up connection, การจัดเก็บข้อมูลสมุดที่อยู่และข้อมูลที่ได้จากการเฝ้าติดตามสถานะ ผลการวิจัยโดยทดสอบเข้าใช้บริการถ่ายโอนแฟ้มจากผู้ให้บริการพบว่า สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาขณะถ่ายโอนแฟ้มโดยไม่ต้องเริ่มส่งข้อมูลใหม่ทั้งหมดแต่สามารถส่งต่อจากส่วนเดิมได้เฉพาะผู้ใช้ที่ให้ใช้บริการและทำได้เฉพาะในส่วนของการบรรจุลง ส่วนการทดสอบทางฮาร์ดแวร์กับโมเด็ม 4 ชนิด สามารถทดสอบการทำงานทางฮาร์ดแวร์และหาค่าของชุดคำสั่งควบคุมการทำงานของโมเด็มที่ทดสอบได้และการทดสอบรับส่งข้อมูลแบบวกกลับหาได้ในรูปของอัตราความผิดพลาดของบิต ส่วนข้อมูลที่ได้จากการเฝ้าติดตามสถานะได้แก่ ค่าปริมาณงานที่รับส่งขณะนั้น อัตราถ่ายโอนข้อมูล เวลาโดยประมาณและเวลาถ่ายโอนข้อมูล

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The purpose of this study was to design and develop software for track status and problem solving of file transfer via modem, The software was design with visual Basic under windows operating system. It was consist of 4 modules : file transfer and tracking status via modem, medem's hardware testing, the set of AT command of modem testing, loopback testing of data transfer, automatic dialing to handle by dial-up connection, address book and tracking status database. The result of study, when test file transfer on the file transfer service provider can be solve connection loss during download file by resume. In case test with 4 types of modem, are that all of modem can achieve hardware testing and find the sets of AT command. And, loopback testing of data transfer, can achieve in form of bit error rate. And, the result of tracking status of file transfer can achieve throuput, transfer rate, estimate time and transfer time.
