Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อที่จะสร้างรูปแบบการตรวจวินิจฉัยการบริหารการผลิตรูปแบบหนึ่งที่สามารถวินิจฉัยได้ว่า การบริหารการผลิตของสถานประกอบการอยู่ในระดับใด ภายในระยะเวลาอันสั้นประมาณ 2 วัน ผลจากการศึกษาทำให้สามารถพัฒนาแบบตรวจวินิจฉัยการบริหารการผลิต ที่สามารถนำไปใช้ตรวจวินิจฉัยการบริหารการผลิตของสถานประกอบการในกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมผู้ผลิตชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์ซึ่งเป็นกลุ่มเป้าหมายในการศึกษาวิจัยว่าอยู่ในระดับ ดีมาก ดี พอใช้ ต้องแก้ไข หรือแย่ โดยมีเกณฑ์การตรวจวินิจฉัย 8 หมวดหลักดังนี้ การจัดซื้อและจัดการวัสดุ การวางแผนการผลิต การควบคุมการผลิต การควบคุมคุณภาพในการผลิต การวางแผนสภาพแวดล้อมของงาน ผังโรงงานและการจัดการด้านการขนย้าย การบำรุง รักษาเครื่องจักรและอุปกรณ์ และการจัดการผู้รับจ้างผลิต ซึ่งจากการทดสอบการนำรูปแบบการตรวจวินิจฉัยการบริหารการผลิตที่ได้ไปใช้ตรวจวินิจฉัยสถานประกอบการ 3 แห่ง และนำผลคะแนนเปรียบเทียบกับระดับคะแนนที่ได้จากการศึกษา ทำให้สามารถระบุระดับการบริหารการผลิตของสถานประกอบการทั้ง 3 แห่ง และทราบแนวทางในการปรับปรุงแก้ไขสถานประกอบการ เพื่อให้เกิดประโยชน์มากยิ่งขึ้น ควรมีการศึกษารูปแบบการตรวจวินิจฉัยในด้านอื่น ๆ เพิ่มเติมนอกเหนือไปจากการบริหารการผลิตซึ่งได้ศึกษาในงานวิจัยนี้ และนำรูปแบบที่ได้ไปใช้ในการตรวจวินิจฉัยสถานประกอบการร่วมกันในหลายๆ ด้าน เพื่อจะช่วยให้สามารถมองเห็นภาพรวมขององค์กร ปัญหา และแนวทางการปรับปรุงแก้ไข อันจะทำให้ผู้ประกอบการทราบถึงสถานภาพและศักยภาพของตนเอง และแนวทางในการปรับปรุงเพื่อให้อยู่รอดและทั้งยั่นยืนต่อไป

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

This research aims to study a production management diagnostic model which can diagnose how well the companies perform in production management in a short period of time about 2 days. The results of the study is a production management diagnostic model for the automotive parts industries which is the target of the study. This model can be used to classify the production management ability into 5 levels which are excellent, good. fair, weak, and poor. The model consists of 8 diagnostic categories, namely, purchasing and material management, production planning, production control, production quality control, working environment management, layout and material handling management, maintenance, and sub-contractor management. After using the model to diagnose 3 companies, the results show that the model can classify production management level of those companies and also point out the area which have to be improved. For further benefits, there should be studies about other diagnostic models which can diagnose other aspects. By knowing more information, the picture and necessary improvements needed would be clearer. This would help the companies' owners to know their actual status, find the way to improve in order to survive and encourage competition.
