Abstract

พัฒนาระบบการบริหารการผลิตเพื่อการลดความสูญเสีย โดยเริ่มจากการศึกษาสภาพทั่วไปของโรงงาน ศึกษาระบบการติดต่อสื่อสารระหว่างหน่วยงานผลิต และหน่วยงานวางแผนการผลิต ข้อบกพร่องต่างๆ ที่เกิดขึ้น ในการดำเนินงานผลิตที่มีผลให้การดำเนินการผลิตไม่ราบรื่น ความบกพร่องดังกล่าวเป็นผลจากการขาดการวางแผน ขาดการประสานงาน และการควบคุมที่ดีในแผนกผลิต ทำให้เกิดเป็นความสูญเสียขึ้นในการดำเนินงาน จากการศึกษาปัญหาดังกล่าวนี้จึงได้เสนอแนวคิด ในการปรับปรุงระบบการติดต่อสื่อสาร การจัดทำระบบเอกสารเพื่อใช้ในการปฏิบัติงาน ประสานงาน ควบคุมการทำงาน การวางแผนระบบงานซ่อมบำรุงเชิงป้องกัน การจัดทำกิจกรรม 5 ส. ภายในหน่วยงานที่ศึกษาเพื่อลดความสูญเสียที่เกิดขึ้น หลังจากการพัฒนาระบบแล้วพบว่าความถี่ของการเกิดความบกพร่อง ในการติดต่อสื่อสารระหว่างหน่วยงานที่ศึกษาได้ลดลงจาก 16.7 ครั้งต่อเดือนเหลือ 0.84 ครั้งต่อเดือน ซึ่งการลดลงของปัญหาด้านการติดต่อสื่อสารนี้ทำให้ระบบการประสานงาน ระหว่างแผนกที่ศึกษาสามารถดำเนินได้อย่างราบรื่นมากขึ้น นอกจากนี้จากผลการปรับปรุงระบบการผลิต ทำให้ความถี่ของการเกิดความบกพร่องอื่นๆ ในการดำเนินงานผลิตได้ลดลงด้วยทำให้ความสูญเสียที่เกิดขึ้นลดลงจากเดิม โดยสรุปได้ว่าอัตราการขาดงานของพนักงานโดยเฉลี่ยได้ลดลงจาก 8.51% เหลือ 5.59% เวลาสูญเสียของเครื่องจักรในการผลิตโดยเฉลี่ยลดลงจาก 517.82 ชั่วโมงต่อเดือนเหลือ 265.88 ชั่วโมงต่อเดือน หรือคิดเป็นเวลาสูญเสียเครื่องจักรจากเวลาทำงานทั้งหมด โดยเฉลี่ยลดลงจาก 4.97% เหลือ 2.51% การที่เวลาสูญเสียของเครื่องจักรลดลง ทำให้สามารถดำเนินการผลิตได้มากขึ้น ราบรื่นมากขึ้น ในด้านปริมาณชิ้นงานเสียในการผลิตได้ลดลงจาก 5.04% เหลือ 1.43% ทำให้ปริมาณวัตถุดิบที่นำมาบดสำหรับการผลิตขึ้นใหม่ เพื่อทดแทนชิ้นงานส่วนที่เสียได้ลดลงจาก 14,298.67 กก. เหลือ 6,403.37 กก. หรือคิดเป็นปริมาณวัตถุดิบที่ต้องบดจากปริมาณวัตถุดิบ ที่ใช้ทั้งหมดได้ลดลงจาก 6.33% เหลือ 2.52% นอกจากนี้อัตราการทำงานล่วงเวลาของพนักงานได้ลดลงจาก 7.30% เหลือ 20.91% ผลที่ตามมาคือ ทำให้อัตราส่วนรายได้ต่อชั่วโมงแรงงาน ที่ใช้ในการผลิตเพิ่มขึ้นจาก 114.59 บาทต่อชั่วโมงแรงงานเป็น 128.52 บาทต่อชั่วโมงแรงงานหรือเพิ่มขึ้นจากเดิม 12.16%

To develop the production management system for loss reduction. The research begins with looking at general circumstances, the communication system between the production department and the production planning department. From the study, it is found that problems are mostly in term of planning, coordinating and controlling. This research covers the relevant facts and concepts of developing and implementing the organization which could be applied to the properly-planned communication system, the document's file system, the coordinating, the controlling, the preventive maintenance and the application of 5 S. As a result, after having the system development carried out, there has been decreasing frequency of communication problems from 16.7 times a month to 0.84 times a month. This result make the organization's transaction progress smoothly. Furthermore, a frequency of production processes problem has also been declined. The average rate of employees's absentia has slackened from 8.51% to 5.59%. The loss timeof machine operating in the production department decreased from 517.82 hours per month to 265.88 hours per month or that is to say, the percentage of loss time has declined from 4.97% to 2.51%. In addition, the reducing of loss time of operating machine brought an increasing and wealthy production. Besides, the quantity of raw materials, which were brought to utilize inthe production for substituting the wasting or unusable and imperfect product, decreased from 6.33% to 2.52%. Moreover, the rate of employees's overtime work also decreased from 27.30% down to 20.91%. The result is that the ratio of income for one lablur hour increases from 114.59 baht per hour to 128.52 baht per hour. The percentage of this increasing is 12.16%.
