Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมาย เพื่อออกแบบและพัฒนระบบสารสนเทศอาชญากรรมเพื่อสนับสนุนการสืบสวนในสถานีตำรวจ ให้สามารถจัดเก็บข้อมูลจากการสืบสวนของเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจให้เป็นหมวดหมู่ สามารถค้นหาได้ง่าย อันได้แก่ ข้อมูลบุคคล ข้อมูลสถานที่ ข้อมูลกลุ่มคน ข้อมูลรถรับจ้าง และข้อมูลคดีอาชญากรรม ซึ่งพนักงานสอบสวนมอบหมายให้สืบสวนหาข้อเท็จจริง ระบบสารสนเทศนี้ สามารถใช้งานบนเครื่องไมโครคอมพิวเตอร์แบบเอกเทศหรือแบบเครือข่ายภายในเพื่อค้นหาข้อมูลบุคคล สถานที่ กลุ่มบุคคล รถรับจ้าง และข้อมูลคดีอาชญากรรม โดยใช้เลขประจำตัวประชาชน พฤติการณ์ ข้อหาความผิด ลักษณะของอาวุธที่ใช้ ลักษณะรูปพรรณสัณฐานของบุคคล ในกรณีเกิดคดีอาชญากรรมขึ้นมา สามารถค้นหาจากฐานข้อมูลของหน่วยงาน จากการบอกเล่าของพยานที่พบเห็นเหตุการณ์ ทำให้ฝ่ายสืบสวนสามารถรู้กลุ่มเป้าหมายและทำการสืบสวนหาข่าว เกี่ยวกับพฤติกรรม การกระทำในช่วงเวลาที่เกี่ยวข้องว่ากลุ่มผู้ต้องสงสัยมีความเกี่ยวข้องกับคดีที่เกิดขึ้นหรือไม่ เพื่อพิสูจน์ความจริง แล้วส่งข้อมูลจากการสืบสวนให้กับพนักงานสอบสวนดำเนินคดีต่อไป สำหรับข้อมูลบุคคล สถานที่ กลุ่มบุคคล และรถรับจ้าง เจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจสามารถสอบถาม และแสดงผลของการสอบถามทางรายงานหรือจอภาพ เพื่อใช้เป็นข้อมูลอ้างอิงให้ผู้บริหารสถานีตำรวจ หรือผู้บังคับบัญชาระดับสูงวางแผนในการป้องกันอาชญากรรมต่อไปได้ สำหรับเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศนี้ ผู้วิจัยได้เลือกโปรแกรมวิชวลเบสิก รุ่น 6.0 เป็นโปรแกรมภาษาสำหรับการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศ ใช้โปรแกรมคริสตอล รีพอร์ต รุ่น 7.0 เป็นโปรแกรมสำหรับการแสดงผลลัพธ์ทางรายงาน และโปรแกรมไมโครซอฟต์แอ๊คเซส รุ่น 7.0 เป็นโปรแกรมจัดการฐานข้อมูล เนื่องจากโปรแกรมทั้งหมดเป็นโปรแกรมที่สามารถหาคู่มือประกอบการใช้งานได้ง่าย และใช้ทรัพยากรของเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ในการจัดการหรือใช้งานโปรแกรมน้อย

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The objective of this research is a design and development of a criminal information system for supporting investigation in police stations. This system will be capable of collecting, managing and searching with five main data categories: 1) personal, 2) places, 3) groups of people, be they illegal or not, 4) hired vehicles and 5) crime case submitted by investigator to find facts. This information system could be use in micro-computer stand alone or LAN envrionment for searching the data of personal, places, groups of people, hired vehicles and criminal cases. The searching system use indentification number, behavior, allegation, type of weapon and human characteristics. Eye witness at a crime scene will be able to describe the incident and search the system for likely target group for initial investigation. For the data of personal, places, group of people, and hired vehicles, the inspector could search the system and present the result via printed report or sceen display. The administrator could see this information to form crime protection strategies. For this information system, the researcher selected Visual Basic version 6.0 for developing programs, Crystal Report version 7.0 for generating reports and Microsoft Access version 7.0 for database management. These tools were chosen to their popularity, popularity, ease of use, availability of documentation and their need for less computer resources.
