Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อวิเคราะห์ ออกแบบและพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศผู้ป่วยนอกของสถานพยาบาลรัฐวิสาหกิจ เพื่อสนองความต้องการการใช้สารลนเทศสำหรับผู้บริหารนำไปใช้ ในการบริหารงานด้านการบริการรักษาพยาบาลผู้ป่วยนอกของสถานพยาบาลรัฐวิสาหกิจ โดยในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ได้ใช้สถาน พยาบาล การประปานครหลวง เป็นกรณีศึกษา การออกแบบและพัฒนาระบบสารลนเทศผู้ป่วยนอกของสถานพยาบาลรัฐวิสาหกิจนี้ผู้วิจัยได้ทำการพัฒนาระบบโดยใช้ระบบจัดการฐานข้อมูลเชิงสัมพันธ์ของ Oracle รุ่น 8.0.5 และ ใช้ Oracle Developer 2000 รุ่น 6.0 เป็นเครื่องมือในการพัฒนาโปรแกรมภายใต้ระบบปฏิบัติการ Window NT Server รุ่น 4.0 โดยโปรแกรมที่พัฒนาขึ้นเป็นระบบรับ-ให้บริการ สามารถรองรับการ ทำงานในส่วนของงานเวชระเบียน งานห้องตรวจ งานห้องจ่ายยาและงานสำหรับการดูแลและควบคุมความปลอดภัยของระบบ โดยครอบคลุมการทำงานของงานเวชระเบียนในส่วนของการค้นหาข้อมูลผู้ป่วย การลงทะเบียนผู้ป่วย การเลื่อนนัดพบแพทย์ และการออกรายงานสถิติต่าง ๆ ครอบคลุมการทำงานของงานห้องตรวจในส่วนของการบันทึกผลการตรวจ การนัดหมาย การค้นหาข้อมูลประวัติการรักษา ครอบคลุมการทำงานของงานห้องจ่ายยาในส่วนของการรับยา การจ่ายยา และการออกรายงานเพื่อใช้ในการปฏิบัติงานและการวิเคราะห์ วางแผน และบริหารงานด้านสวัสดิการการบริการรักษาพยาบาล คลอบคลุมการทำงานของการดูแลและควบคุมความปลอดภัยของระบบในส่วนของข้อมูลพื้นฐานที่ใช้ในระบบและการกำหนดสิทธิในการใช้งานโดย แบ่งกลุ่มผู้ใช้ตามประเภทของงาน เพื่อให้สามารถเช้าทำงานได้เฉพาะในส่วนที่ได้รับอนุญาตเพื่อควบคุมความปลอดภัยของระบบ ผลการทดสอบระบบงานที่ได้ออกแบบและพัฒนาพบว่าระบบสามารถปฏิบัติงานได้ตามวัตถุประสงค์เป็นอย่างดี

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

This Thesis is purposed to analyze, design, and develop an out-patient information system for state enterprise medical care clinic, to respond the executive information requirement for conduct to administration. Being studied at the medical office of Metropolitan Waterworks Authority. The researcher has designed and developed the out-patient information system for state enterprise medical care clinic by the relational database management of Oracle version 8.0.5 and Oracle Developer 2000 version 6.0 as tools under operating system Window NT Server 4.0. Having been developed to client-server system to support registration functions cover the patient data searching, registering, postponing, and making statistical reports. For the diagnosing and remedy functions cover diagnosis and remedy results recording, making appointment, searching the historical remedy data, and making healthy recommendation. For the dispensing functions cover medicine receiving, dispensing, and making reports for operation, analysis, planning, and administration in medical care service welfare. The monitoring and controlling system security of basic data by user privilege setting on job types dividing in order to access only authorized area for controlling security system. As a result testing, the system has been designed and developed can successfully achieve the objectives.
