Abstract
จุดมุ่งหมายของทำวิจัยนี้ คือ เพื่อวิเคราะห์ ออกแบบและพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศ เพื่อใช้ในบริษัท นายหน้าประกันวินาศภัย ในส่วนของการประกันอัคคีภัย การประกันภัยรถยนต์ และการประกันภัยเบ็ดเตล็ด ซึ่งจะช่วยอำนวยความสะดวกในการทำงานและการจัดเก็บข้อมูลต่าง ๆ ให้มีประสิทธิภาพและมีความปลอด ภัยเพิ่มมากขึ้น ซึ่งการออกแบบและพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศนี้ สามารถแยกออกเป็น 2 ส่วน คือ การออกแบบ ฐานข้อมูล และการพัฒนาโปรแกรมประยุกต์ของระบบงานนายหน้าประกันวินาศภัย ระบบสารสนเทศสำหรับบริษัทนายหน้าประกันวินาศภัยนี้ ประกอบด้วยระบบงานย่อย 4 ระบบ คือ ระบบงานรับประกันภัย ระบบงานจัดการสินไหม ระบบงานการตลาด และระบบงานบัญชีและการเงิน ซึ่งได้ ออกแบบและพัฒนาให้เป็นระบบรับ - ให้บริการโดยใช้ระบบจัดการฐานข้อมูลเชิงสัมพันธ์ของออราเคิล รุ่น 8.0.5 และใช้เดลไฟ รุ่น 5.0 เป็นเครื่องมือในการพัฒนาโปรแกรมประยุกต์บนเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ส่วนบุคคลที่ใช้ระบบปฏิบัติการวินโดว์เอ็นที จากผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ว่า ระบบสารสนเทศสำหรับนายหน้าประกันวินาศภัย สามารถช่วยอำนวย ความสะดวกในการดำเนินงานของฝ่ายต่าง ๆ ของบริษัทนายหน้าประกันวินาศภัยได้ และฐานข้อมูลที่พัฒนา ขึ้นมีประสิทธิภาพในการเชื่อมโยงข้อมูลระหว่างฝ่ายต่าง ๆ เป็นอย่างดี
Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)
The objective of this research is to develop an information system for non-life insurance brokers for use in fire, automobile and miscellaneous insurance. The development of this system can be divided into 2 parts, the design of a non-life insurance broker database and the development of an application program. The non-life insurance broker information system consists of 4 subsystems. These are underwriting, claim, marketing and account subsystems. This system has been developed using Delphi 5.0 and Oracle 8.0.5 RDBMS on a personal computer under Microsoft Windows NT. As the result of this research, the information system for non-life insurance broker and its database can support everyday work routine and sharing of the data between divisions in non-life insurance broker company effectively.
