Abstract
วิทยานิพนธ์เรื่องการแสดง ณ ศาลาเฉลิมกรุง โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ที่จะศึกษาการแสดง ณ ศาลาเฉลิมกรุง มีการศึกษาค้นคว้า รวบรวมข้อมูลจากเอกสารทางวิชาการ และงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้ได้มาซึ่งข้อมูลเชิงประวัติศาสตร์ รวมไปถึงการสัมภาษณ์ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จากนั้นนำข้อมูลที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์ และสรุปผลการวิจัย เพื่อให้เป็นองค์ความรู้ที่สำคัญวงการนาฏยศิลป์ไทย ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ศาลาเฉลิมกรุงเป็นถาวรวัตถุที่มีอายุ 89 ปี เดิมเคยเป็นโรงภาพยนตร์ที่มีความทันสมัยมาก เมื่อเข้ายุคสงครามโลกครั้งที่ 2 ต้องหยุดฉายหนัง และมีการนำละครเวทีขึ้นมาแสดงแทนชั่วคราว เมื่อสงครามจบลงหนังจึงกลับมาฉายดังเดิม ต่อมาในปี 2535 มีการปิดปรับปรุงครั้งใหญ่ เป็นการบูรณะส่วนโครงสร้างสถาปัตยกรรม เวที ที่นั่งของผู้ชม และเทคนิคต่าง ๆ พร้อมการเปิดตัวอีกครั้งในฐานะเฉลิมกรุงรอยัลเธียเตอร์ในปี 2536 มีการแสดงคอนเสิร์ต เป็นเวทีประกาศรางวัล จัดการประกวดต่าง ๆ รวมไปถึงการจัดการแสดง โขนจินตนฤมิตร ต่อมาได้จัดการแสดงโขนศาลาเฉลิมกรุงขึ้น โดยในแต่ละปีจะจัดเนื่องในวโรกาสที่สำคัญ อาทิ เนื่องในโอกาสพระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัวภูมิพลอดุลยเดช ทรงครองสิริราชสมบัติครบ 60 ปี เป็นต้น และในปัจจุบันได้จัดเป็นการแสดงโขนรอบนักท่องเที่ยว ผลการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาพบว่า การแสดง ณ ศาลาเฉลิมกรุง แบ่งออกเป็น 5 ยุค ดังนี้ 1) ภาพยนตร์ก่อนสงคราม 2) ละครเวทีช่วงสงครามโลกครั้งที่ 2 3) ภาพยนตร์หลังสงคราม 4) โรงมหรสพระดับสากล 5) โขนศาลาเฉลิมกรุง จากการศึกษาของผู้วิจัยเห็นได้ชัดว่า แต่ละยุคมีทั้งการแสดงที่เหมือน และแตกต่างกัน อย่างเช่นยุคที่ 1 และ 3 จะมีการฉายภาพยนตร์เหมือนกัน และต่างกันอย่างยุคที่ 2 แสดงละครเวที ส่วนยุคที่ 5 แสดงโขน ปัจจัยแห่งการเปลี่ยนอันมีนัยสำคัญ กล่าวคือ การเกิดสงคราม และความนิยมสิ่งบันเทิงใหม่ ที่ส่งผลกระทบต่อการแสดงโดยตรง แม้ว่าศาลาเฉลิมกรุงจะมีการปรับเปลี่ยนการแสดงอยู่ตลอดนั้นเพราะว่าต้องการที่จะให้การแสดงที่จัดอยู่ในการดูแลของศาลาเฉลิมกรุงมีความเท่าทันต่อความนิยมในแต่ละยุคสมัย และอีกประเด็นหนึ่งนั้นก็คือ เพื่อเป็นการแก้ไขสถานการณ์ และสภาวะการเปลี่ยนแปลงความนิยมสิ่งบันเทิงที่เกิดขึ้นในขณะนั้น เพื่อดำรงไว้ซึ่งโรงมหรสพหลวงอันรวมประวัติศาสตร์การแสดง ณ ศาลาเฉลิมกรุงสืบไป
Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)
This a thesis on performances at the Sala Chalermkrung Royal Theatre. The purposes of this research were to investigates from the academic documentations and the related researches to obtain historical data including the experts’ interviews. Then analyze and summarize the data to be an important knowledge for Thai dance ant drama. The results showed that Sala Chalermkrung Royal Theatre is a permanent cultural theatre that is 89 years old. It used to be a very modern movie theatre, called Sala Chalermkrung. Entering the era of World War 2, the film had to be stopped and perform a stage play instead. When the war ended, the film returned to show again. There is a major refurbishment that is the restoration of the architectural structure, stage, seats, and various techniques. Ready to be launched again as “Chalermkrung Royal Theater” There having a concerts, award ceremonies, and various contests. In addition, there is a show named Khon Chintanarumit. later the Khon Sala Chalermkrung was performed and held on important occasions in each year. At the present, that show is performed not only on the important occasions but also for tourists. The analyzing found that the performances at Sala Chalermkrung Royal Theatre were divided into 5 eras as follows: 1) pre-war movies 2) stage plays during World War II 3) post-war movies 4) international theaters 5) Khon Sala Chalermkrung Royal Theatre. From the researcher's investigate found that each era has both similar and different performances. There has been a significant change from one era to another. Although The reason that the Sala Chalermkrung Royal Theatre has changed the performance all the time is they wanted to organized the performances be up-to-date. And another reason is to rectify the situation and various conditions that occurred at that time, to maintain the royal theater that combines the precious history of the performances at the Sala Chalermkrung Royal Theatre.
