Abstract

การศึกษาคุณวุฒิของอาจารย์ในวิทยาลัยครูที่เปิดสอนถึงระดับปริญญาตรี 17 แห่ง ผู้วิจัยได้ใช้ข้อมูลจากแบบรายงานสถิติของกรมการฝึกหัดครู ประจำปีการศึกษา 2518 เป็นหน่วยตัวอย่าง ได้ตัวอย่างจากอาจารย์ 2,599 คน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ค่ากระจาย ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย เปรียบเทียบสัดส่วนของการกระจายของกลุ่มตัวอย่างอาจารย์ด้วย การทดสอบค่าซี (Z – test) และทดสอบความแตกต่างของค่าเฉลี่ยด้วยการทดสอบค่าที ( t – test ) ได้ข้อค้นพบว่า 1. อาจารย์วิทยาลัยครูจำนวนร้อยละ 89.57เป็นผู้มีวุฒิครู หมวดวิชาภาษาไทย คณิตศาสตร์ การศึกษา และหัดถศึกษา มีสัดส่วนของอาจารย์ที่มีวุฒิครูมากกว่าปกติ ( P < .05 ) หมวดวิชาคหกรรมศาสตร์ เกษตรศาสตร์ และบรรณารักษศาสตร์ มีสัดส่วนของอาจารย์ที่มีวุฒิครูน้อยกว่าปกติ ( P < .05 ) 2. ระดับวุฒิของอาจารย์วิทยาลัยครูสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ความต้องการชั้นต่ำหรือปริญญาตรี ( P < .01 ) อาจารย์หมวดวิชาภาษาไทย ภาษาอังกฤษ สังคมศึกษา คณิตศาสตร์ วิทยาศาสตร์ การศึกษา ยรรณารักษศาสตร์ และเกษตรกรรม มีระดับวุฒิสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ความต้องการขั้นต่ำ ( P < .05 ) อาจารย์หมวดวิชาดนตรี – นาฏศิลป์ มีระดับวุฒิต่ำกว่าเกณฑ์ความต้องการขั้นต่ำ ( P < .01) 3.. อาจารย์วิทยาลัยครูส่วนกลาง มีระดับวุฒิสูงกว่าอาจารย์ส่วนภูมิภาค ( P < .01 ) และในระหว่างภาคต่าง ๆ ปรากฏว่า อาจารย์วิทยาลัยครูภาคกลางมีระดับวุฒิสูงกว่าภาคใต้และภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ( P < .01 ) และอาจารย์วิทยาลัยครูภาคเหนือมีระดับวุฒิสูงกว่าภาคใต้ และภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ( P < .05 )

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

This research was designed to study the qualification of Teacher Colleges’ Faculty. Data were obtained from the Planning Division, Department of Teacher Training during the academic year 1975. The data samples consisted of 2599 teachers from 17 Colleges. Data were analyzed by applying the percentage distributions, means, the z-test and the t-test. The investigetor found that 1. The 89.57 percent of teachers have teaching certificate or degree. The Faculty of Thai-language, Mathemetics, Education and Handicraft were significantly higher than the normal expectancy (P<.05), and the Faculty of Home-Economic, Agriculture and Library were significantly lower than the normal expectancy. (P<.05) 2. The qualification level of teachers was significantly higher than the minimum requirement level or bachalor degree (P<.01). The qualification level of the Faculty of Thai-language, English, Social Sciences, Mathemetics, Sciences, Education, Library and Agriculture was significantly higher than the minimum requirement level (P<.05), but that of misic was significantly lower than the minimum requirement level (P<.01) 3. The qualification level of Faculties in Bangkok was significantly higher than those in provincial colleges (P< .01); the qualification level of teachers in the central area was significantly higher than those in the Southern and the North-Eastern. (P<.01), and the qualification level of teachers in the Northern was significantly higher than the Southern and the North-Eastern (P<.05).
