Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มุ่งจะทำนายสัมฤทธิผลทางการเรียน ในกลุ่มนักเรียนมัธยมที่มีความสามารถทางสติปัญญาต่างกัน 3 ระดับ ด้วยแบบวัดบุคลิกภาพอีพีพีเอส (Edwards Personal Preference Schedule, 1954) ซึ่งวัดตัวแปรทางบุคลิกภาพด้านความต้องการ 15 ตัวแปรกลุ่มตัวอย่างประกอบด้วยนักเรียนชาย 94 คน และนักเรียนหญิง 115 คน ที่กำลังนักศึกษาอยู่ในชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4 แผนกวิทยาศาสตร์ ของโรงเรียนรัฐบาลสหศึกษาในจังหวัดเพชรบุรี 2 โรงเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำแนกตามระดับความสามารถทางสติปัญญาออกเป็น 3 ระดับ ด้วยแบบสอบสติปัญญา แอดวานซ์ โปรเกรสซีพ แมทริซีส (Advanced Progressive Matrices, 1962) จากการทำคะแนนที่ได้จากแบบวัดบุคลิกภาพมาวิเคราะห์หาความสำพันธ์กับคะแนนเฉลี่ยผลการเรียนในแต่ละเพศ และระดับความสามารถ ด้วยวิธีวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบเพิ่มหรือลดตัวแปรเป็นขั้น ๆ (Step - wise Multiple Regression) ได้สมการทำนายและค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์พหุคูณที่มีนัยสำคัญ .05 ในแต่ละกลุ่ม ดังต่อไปนี้ 1. กลุ่มความสามารถทางสติถิปัญญาสูง 1.1 เพศชาย Zc = - .4481Z [subscript (AGG)] R = .448 1.2 เพศหญิง Zc = .4533Z [subscript (END)] R = .453 1.3 ไม่ได้จำแนกเพศ Zc = .3219Z [subscript (END)] - .1990Z [subscript (AGG)] R = .410 2. กลุ่มความสามารถทางสติปัญญาปานกลาง 2.1 เพศชาย Zc = .3485Z [subscript (Ach)] - .3759Z [subscript (End)] R = .428 2.2 เพศหญิง Zc = .3478Z [subscript (Ach)] + .2482Z [subscript (Ord)] + .3140Z [subscript (Agg)] R = .463 2.3 ไม่ได้จำแนกเพศ Zc = 3467Z [subscript (Ach)] + .2375Z [subscript (Agg)] R = .355 3.กลุ่มความสามารถทางสติปัญญาต่ำ 3.1 เพศชาย Zc = .2804Z [subscript (Int)] - .5735Z [subscript (Suc)] - .4186Z [subscript (Nur) ]- .4295Z[subscript (Chg)] + .5028Z [subscript (Agg)] R = .713 3.2 เพศหญิง Zc = .3313Z [subscript (Def)] - .3765Z [subscript (Nur)] R = .422 3.3 ไม่ได้จำแนกเพศ Zc = .2638Z [subscript (Int)] - .3410Z [subscript (Nur)] R = .383 4. กลุ่มเพศชายและเพศหญิงเมื่อได้จำแนกระดับความสามารถทางสติปัญญา 4.1 เพสชาย Zc = .2886Z [subscript (Ach)] + .2847Z [subscript (Het)] R = .369 4.2 เพศหญิง Zc = .1783Z [subscript (Ach)] - .2221Z [subscript (Nur)] R =.314 R แทนสัมประสิทธิสหสัมพันธ์พหุคูณระหว่างตัวทำนายกับเกณฑ์ Z แทนคะแนนมาตรฐานที่ได้จากตัวแปร

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The purpose of this study was to predict achievement of high school students, screened into three groups of intellectual ability level by the Advanced Progressive Matrices (1962), from EPPS (Edwards Personal Preference Schedule, 1954). The subjects were ninety-four males and a hundred and fifteen females in science division of Mathayom Suksa IV from two government co-educationd school in Pethburi Province. The scores on the fifteen personality variables of the EPPS and semester GPAs were computed separately by sex and by ability level through the use of Step-wise Multiple Regression analysis. The multiple regression equations and the multiple correlation coefficients between predictors and criterion at .05 level of significance in each group were as follow.- 1.
