Abstract

วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบ วิธีการจัดประสบการณ์การเรียนในคลินิค วิชาการพยาบาลจิตเวช ของอาจารย์พยาบาล สมมติฐานของการวิจัย 1. สถาบันการศึกษาพยาบาลหลักสูตรปริญญาตรี และหลักสูตรต่ำกว่าปริญญาตรี มีการจัดประสบการณ์การเรียนในคลินิค วิชาการพยาบาลจิตเวช ไม่แตกต่างกัน 2. สถาบันการศึกษาพยาบาลในส่วนกลาง และส่วนภูมิภาค มีการจัดประสบการณ์การเรียนในคลินิก วิชาการพยาบาลจิตเวชไม่แตกต่างกัน 3. อาจารย์พยาบาลที่มีประสบการณ์การสอนในคลินิกจิตเวชน้อย (1-5 ปี) และมาก (6 ปีขึ้นไป) มีการจัดประสบการณ์การเรียนในคลินิควิชาการพยาบาลจิตเวชไม่แตกต่างกัน 4. อาจารย์พยาบาลที่มีพื้นฐานการสอนการพยาบาลจิตเวชโดยตรง และที่ไม่มีพื้นฐานการสอนการพยาบาลจิตเวชโดยตรง มีการจัดประสบการณ์การเรียนในคลินิกวิชาการพยาบาลจิตเวชไม่แตกต่างกัน วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย กลุ่มตัวอย่างประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คืออาจารย์พยาบาลที่สอนการพยาบาลจิตเวชในคลินิก หลักสูตรการศึกษาพยาบาลขั้นพื้นฐาน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มตามระบบ (Systematic Random Sampling) ได้ตัวอย่างประชากรมีจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 18 คน จาก 12 สถาบัน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบสอบถามที่สร้างขึ้นเอง ซึ่งนำไปหาความตรงด้านเนื้อหา (Content Validity) และความเชื่อมั่น (Reliability) ของแบบสอบโดยวิธี Split-Half Method ของ Pearson Product-Moment Correlation Coefficient และ Spearman-Brown ได้ค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบเท่ากับ 0.97 นำข้อมูลมาวิเคราะห์โดยหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และเปรียบเทียบการจัดประสบการณ์ของกลุ่มตัวอย่างประชากร โดยการทดสอบ Mann-Withney Test ผลการวิจัย 1. การจัดประสบการณ์การเรียนในคลินิกวิชาการพยาบาลจิตเวชของสถาบันการศึกษาพยาบาล หลักสูตรปริญญาตรี และหลักสูตรต่ำกว่าปริญญาตรี ไม่มีความแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 2. การจัดประสบการณ์การเรียนในคลินิควิชาการพยาบาลจิตเวชของสถาบันการศึกษาพยาบาลในส่วนกลางและส่วนภูมิภาค ไม่มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3. การจัดประสบการณ์การเรียนในคลินิควิชาการพยาบาลจิตเวชของอาจารย์พยาบาลที่มีประสบการณ์การสอนทางคลินิคจิตเวชน้อย (1-5 ปี) และมาก (6 ปีขึ้นไป) ไม่มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 4. การจัดประสบการณ์การเรียนในคลินิกวิชาการพยาบาลจิตเวชของอาจารย์พยาบาลที่มีพื้นฐานการสอนการพยาบาลจิตเวชโดยตรง และที่ไม่มีพื้นฐานการสอนการพยาบาลจิตเวชโดยตรงมีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

Purpose The purpose of this research was to investigate and to compare the organizing clinical learning experiences in psychiatric nursing of the psychiatric nursing instructors. Hypotheses 1. There was no difference in the organizing clinical learning experiences in psychiatric nursing between the nursing education institutes in baccalaureate and diploma programs. 2. There was no difference in the organizing clinical learning experiences in psychiatric nursing between the central and regional nursing education institutes. 3. There was no difference in the organizing clinical learning experiences in psychiatric nursing between the psychiatric nursing, instructors with 1 -5 years and those with more than 6 years of psychiatric clinical teaching experience. 4. There was no difference in the organizing clinical learning experiences in psychiatric nursing between the psychiatric nursing instructors who have a formal education in teaching psychiatric nursing and those who have not. Methods and Procedures. The selected samples for this research were composed of 18 psychiatric clinical nursing instructors from 12 nursing education institutes in basic nursing education by the systematic random sampling. The questionaire was developed by the researcher, the try out was carried out for content validity and reliability by Split -Half Method (Pearson product - moment Correlation Coefficient and Spearmen - Brown), the result was 0.97. The data was analysed by using various statistical methods such as percentage, arithemetic mean and standard deviation. The Mann-Withney test was used 10 test the significant differences between the organizing clinical learning experiences between groups. The Major Findings 1. There was no statistically significant difference in the organizing learning experiences between the nursing education institutes in baccalaureate and diploma programs at the p.05 level. Therefore, the first hypothesis was strongly supported. 2. There was no statistically significant difference in the organizing clinical learning experiences between the central and regional nursing education institutes at the p.05 level. Therefore, the second hypothesis was strongly supported. 3. There was no statistically significant difference in the organizing clinical learning experiences between the psychiatric nursing instructors with 1 -5 years and those with more than 6 years of psychiatric clinical teaching experience at the p.05 level. Therefore, the third hypothesis was strongly supported. 4. There was statistically significant difference in the organizing clinical learning experiences between the psychiatric nursing instructors who have a formal education in teaching psychiatric nursing and those who have not at the p. O5 level. Therefore, the fourth hypothesis was not retained.
