Abstract
การวิจัยเรื่อง “การศึกษาเปรียบเทียบวิธีการควบคุมคุมคุณภาพทางสถิติโดยใช้แผนภูมมิที่ถูกต้องและแผนภูมิอย่างรวดเร็ว" เป็นการศึกษาเปรียบเทียบถึงวิธีการวิเคราะห์อย่างเร็วซึ่งไม่จำเป็นต้องใช้วิธีการทางสถิติที่ยุ่งยาก ใช้แต่เพียงการวัดและนับเท่านั้น กับวิธีการวิเคราะห์อย่างถูกต้องซึ่งต้องใช้วิธีการทางสถิติมาก วิทยานิพนธ์นี้ได้เปรียบเทียบการวิเคราะห์ด้วยวิธีการทั้งสอง โดยการทดสอบสมมุติฐานเพื่อเปรียบเทียบสัดส่วนของจำนวนข้อมูลที่อยู่ภายในขอบเขตควบคุมคุณภาพกับจำนวนข้อมูลทั้งหมดระหว่างวิธีวิเคราะห์อย่างถูกต้องหลายๆ วิธี ระหว่างวิธีวิเคราะห์อย่างถูกต้องกับวิธีวิเคราะห์อย่างเร็ว และระหว่างวิธีวิเคราะห์อย่างเร็วด้วยกันเอง นอกจากนี้ยังได้ศึกษาถึงลักษณะการกระจายของข้อมูลว่ามีผลต่อการวิเคราะห์อย่างเร็วและถูกต้องหรือไม่ด้วย ผลการวิจัยจากข้อมูลตัวอย่างที่รวบรวมได้ ทั้งโดยวิธีวิเคราะห์อย่างเร็วให้ผลแตกต่างกับวิธีวิเคราะห์อย่างถูกต้องไม่ว่าข้อมูลจะมีลักษณะการกระจายหรือค่าสัมประสิทธิ์ของการกระจายเป็นอย่างไรก็ตาม ดั้งนั้นวิธีการวิเคราะห์อย่างเร็วจึงอาจสามารถนำไปใช้แทนวิธีการวิเคราะห์ไม่ต้องการผลที่มีความเชื่อถือได้สูงมากและต้องการทราบผลโดยเร็ว
Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)
A Comparative study of methods for statistical quality control by Using exact chart and quick chart is the study about the method of quick chart comparing to the method of exact chart. Quick chart technique do not used any comprehensive statistical procedure. Measurement and Counting are the only two things we need in the analysis. In the other hand, exact chart technique need a lot more of statistical procedures. This thesis presents the testing of hypothesis by comparing the proportion of the points which fall within the range quality control limit by the two methods. This thesis also study about the characteristics of sampling distribution which may affect the analysis by these two methods.
